Then I need to ask, regardless of ur diagnosis, would u hv bn able to combine the two programs? Are they both full tym? Then again, I presume u re closely being monitored by a specialist. I personally think u ll b able to do it, that is if the timing doesn't crash. It may take longer tym tho, BT u can. Alternatively, u can finish d one u started last yr then commence d nursing subsequently. best wishes

Vaginal discharge can b watery. Butvu need to go to d hospital and b checked. When d Dr examines u, he ll confirm if the fluid is ur 'water' or if its just vaginal discharge. Don't stay at home to assume or watch it. Just go to the hospital nw.

Yes. Ur baby can get d first shot of both vaccines at 12wks.

Frm ur LMP, u shld b 28wks today. U can calculate it urself. Just check ur calendar and count how many weeks there are btwn Nov 7 and nw. The later a scan, the less accurate for dating.
For the mode of delivery, I don't know wen u had the emergency cs.If its not too close then VBAC s possible even wt multiple pregnancy provided there are no other contraindications. However, if the leading twin remains breech, then ur beat option ll b to opt for an elective cs as ur husband has said.

It ll b wise to do the blood glucose cos diabetes is one of d possible causes of big babies, then a scan to rule out polyhydramnios. Smtyms, it cld b hereditary too. Then if u previously had increased abdominal fat b4 u got pregnant, ur tummy may also appear big not necessarily that ur baby s big
