All of these ‘history’ that you just listed have been flipped over… it’s the other way around, i can actually show you real declassified documents as well as real unedited images of the first European Jews that moved in after WW2 how they jubilated and thanked the Palestinians for accepting them! And as for the earliest Jews living in Palestine, there was absolutely no racism under the leadership of the Islamic rulers there… research videos of antiZionism Jewish historians online, you’ll see the clear picture of how Muslims, Christians and Jews used to live in Palestine before Zionist Jews decided they want the land for themselves only… and later drafting in some irreligious Christians into the cult to help fulfil that ambition. But by the looks of things it seems you’ve already chosen who to believe!
Sorry let's understand your language sir. Are you saying that the examples I sited never happened?
Its really clear that you have chosen who to believe.
You claim that there was no racism under Islamic rule then explain why non Muslims were forced to pay Jizya.
If you are taxed on basics of your beliefs, what is that called? Is that equal treatment before the law?
Again, by the 1920s every land owned by Jewish settlers was bought, none was taken by force so what was the Arab excuse for the 1929 riots? We can't blame that on Zionist can we.
Please read about it in the link below. It was the Palestinians that started stealing Jewish land not the other way around.

“Discuss, debate and learn”…. really? So what have you learnt about the history of the Israel/palestine conflict since the early 1940s, way before Israel was created?
I could tell you a few.
For example, I learnt that the Palestinians started killing Jews as early as the 1920s.
I also learnt that the Palestinians were racist and lobbied the Brits to ban Jewish from coming to the land in 1939.
I also learnt that the Palestinian leadership supported the Nazi in the pogrom and advocated for the same in the land of Palestine.
I also learnt that under Arab rule, the Jews were second class citizens and they were taxed higher. This even continued under the rule of the Ottoman. It was only ended by the Brits.
I learnt that the racist Palestinians and ottoman prohibited the sale of land to the Jews. It was only a Christian Palestine family, the Sursock family that continued to sell land to the Jews.
Do you think I have learnt enough?

Zero nations are making new trade agreements with China if that is what you are asking.
On the US side, the European union alone counts for more than 10. The united kingdom, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, India, Mexico, Canada, Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, Australia, Switzerland. This is more than 10 already.

Sir.
You can't honour the Father and dishonour the Son. You can't honour the Son and dishonour the Father. Whenever the son is honoured, the honor is to the Father.
Straightly answer your question.
The Son is honoured just as the Father is honored.
John 5:23
[23]so that everyone will honor the Son, just as they honor the Father. Anyone who does not honor the Son is certainly not honoring the Father who sent him.

Thanks.

That's why Trump wants to take over Greenland, but he can't.

By the way, who would buy American made products when all agreements made in good faith are torn up by the American president ?
No, you are the one all over the place, this has nothing to do with Greenland.
The Chinese have 36.7% of Global Reserves of rear earth metals.
There is still so much rear earth in other places.
Russia has about 18% of all rear earth. Rear earth are not really rear.
You asked who would buy American products? That shows you are not listening to the news.
Over 80 nations are making new trade agreements with the US that are far more favorable to the US.
Vietnam has removed all tariffs on US goods. Israel has done the same. Japan and the EU are working towards the same. Everyone is making new trade agreements with the US but I don't see any new trade agreements with china.

You are right and that's the reason why Trumps tariffs are so important. The tariffs will push the US and other global companies to develop rear earth metals refining independent of China. On the other hand, the Chinese have no alternative market that replaces the US market which happens to be the biggest in the world.

They don't have the earth metals either.

US is cooked.
Now you get the point, more than 70% of the worlds rear earth metals are outside china yet the Chinese control over 90% of the rear earth refining and trade. Do you see how 40 years of bad policy has put the US in this position?
Now the question is, do you continue with these policies that has made china control global manufacturing or do you change policy even though it may be painful so that in the next 20 years when the US becomes a manufacturing super power again, people would talk about this day where it all began?
As for China, it has just lost 14% of it's market. Remember, china is an export economy. So china is much more cooked.

It's time to use your brain. The only reason why a US-made iPhone will be so expensive is because the US ceded manufacturing to China, and over time, China got better and could do it cheaper.
If the US continues this way, in the next 20 years, it will be impossible to make anything in the US. Someone had to say no and reverse the trend.

Christianity Etc › Re: Bible Students, Explain This: How Is The Dead Made Perfect By The Living by tctrills(op): 4:31pm On Apr 12, 2025
immaculatesense:
Sir.
Please take what I want to say as a view and not a final authority. I only share my personal knowledge of the scriptures here and I may be right or wrong. That is why it's just a view.
To your question sir. I have done my research over the years on that passage and below are my findings and submission.
MY FINDINGS
1. It was only Matthew (out of the four gospels) who captured this epic story. Why?

2. This story was never referenced in Peter's first sermon on Jesus resurrection in Acts 2 and was never referenced by Paul or any apostles in their letters. Why is it that isolated if it is an epic story indeed?

3. If the likes of Abraham, Adam, Abel had appeared to many in Jerusalem, it will be the most historic event in Jewish history. Why didn't eye witness historians like the most popular historian Josephus document this most glorious and epic even.

4. Are we misinterpreting Matthew's writer usage of the word "saints" in that story capture?

MY SUBMISSION
When Jesus died, three things happened and the rising of the dead followed the third and last which is the earthquake (vs 51-53).
Let's start with verse 51c.
"The earth shook, the rock split apart."
Verse 52.
"The tomb were opened and many godly men and women who had died were raised from the dead"
Verse 53
After Jesus resurrection, they left their tombs and appeared to many.

Now, my submission is this. From the three verses that captured this incident it should that after the death of Jesus, many dead people (who had died recently maybe some days prior to Jesus death, not 5,000 years ago) came back to life and at Jesus resurrection they were free from their tomb and joined to their family Jesus like Lazarus was raised from the dead. It proved that at Jesus death, one of the many signs was that his death brought people back to life.
Adam, Abraham, Abel, Deborah are not the one that came back to life. If it was it must have been historical, all the gospel writers would capture it, all the apostles will capture it and all the Jewish historians will right literature about it since they appeared to many.

Thanks.
Ok but then it also could have been the old testament saints. Anyway I love your opinions.

[quote author=immaculatesense post=134944514]Sir.
The answer you are looking for is in verse 35c "They place their hope in a better life after the RESURRECTION."

To your question.
The old testament saints have not reached perfection (the resurrection to a new life without death and sin) without us the new testament saints.
This shows that ALL of us, Abraham, Adam, Peter and we who are still alive will all be made perfect (resurrection to a new life without sin and death) together.
So, currently, they are still asleep like Paul called it in 1 Thessalonians 4:15-18 waiting for the Resurrection trumpet sound where all the saints both dead and living will be made PERFECT (RESURECT) together in the First resurrection according to Revelation 20:4-6. I hope we all be partakers of this great day of Joy when we will be with our Lord for a thousand years and after the judgement of the dead (Revelation 20:11-15), we will be with him on the new earth forever (Revelation 21). Amen.

Thanks.
[/quote

I have a question for you, who were those that resurected with Christ in Matthew 27:52-53
and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, and came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.

Where they the Faithful of old?
Also, do them of old depend on Christ for their salvation?

Giftimoni:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QSl61Lgj5Yo

Heaven won’t attend to people simply on account of their hood or cassock. God looks for men and women of incontestable integrity, humility and credibility who wouldn’t deceive the world by an exhibitionist and pietistic profession of salvation. Of such was the man whose “sincerity and intensity of purpose” God honoured to rescue Rome.

Of such also, by the reckoning of many here in Africa and beyond, is Pastor William Folorunso Kumuyi, General Superintendent of Deeper Christian Life Ministry (DCLM) and convener of the international gospel brand, Global Crusade with Kumuyi (GCK). He has stood on the unpopular ground that one’s Christianity (salvation) would remain inchoate, incomplete and insular, until its only identity feature blazes holiness through and through. The pastor takes God’s demands on holiness at face value. You can’t try to run circles around God on this condition. You’re not to resort to a ‘white lie’ to save your life or to escape an embarrassing twist of events. You must not also aim at replaying Uzzah’s fatal heroics in the Bible by breaking God’s laws in order to ‘help’ His work.

For Kumuyi, the strength of a man and his society lies in their God-inspired integrity. Mankind needs it more than his physical food. Take it away, and all you have remaining is a hollow vessel, vain, vulnerable and valueless. He once spoke of holiness in terms of being gifted a car without its engine. He said, “If you say you love me and you give me a car, but you take away its engine, the gift is useless. So is Christianity without holiness.”
You create an entire thread just to glorify your fellow man when you should be glorifying your creator. Christianity is becoming the worship of man

Let's take a look at the last 5 verses of Hebrew 11
From verse 35

Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection:

36 And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment:

37 They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented;

38 (Of whom the world was not worthysmiley they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth.

39 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:

40 God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.

These verses speak of people who died without receiving the promise of Jesus Christ, yet they had faith in him. Then we read verse 40, which says that they can't be made perfect without us.

So my question is, what do we do to make these people perfect? Are these people still living, or are they dead?

We also read in verse 13,
These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

My question here is, since the faithful servants of old did not receive the promise, are we also responsible for their salvation? I advice you read the entire chapter for more understanding.
