they should, it depends on how many got above you and how many they need for your chosen course.

apparentely, those who are very close to thier cut off marks(1-5marks) will be considerd: and as for the faculty of education, any candidate that chose them as his/her first choice will be given admission as long as they have an aggregate of above 40%........ Some have confirmed it from officials of the school-i haven't o-apparently.

Noah2020: witout any stand, i know wat am sayin but wat if d result is over 40 how will u calculate d aggregate? If u can show me d step, den dat will prove u ar gud.

it's simple! In order to convert 40 into a 100% format, u multiply it by 2.5 i.e your score multiplied by 2.5, then u divide it by 2 and add it to your jamb score divided by 8 i.e 254/8.

from the look of things, there won't be a change of course form this year.

ur aggregate score is calculated by: ume score/8+(post ume score*2.5)/2 i.e, mine is 254/8+(23*2.5)/2=60.5%

can someone please tell me if they really won't sell the change of course form.

buster: Just want to tell u all d bitter truth. I just confirmed there wouldn't be change of form this year. The supplementary list wld be released nxt week but it wld contain list of those dat are abt 3 - 5 marks to d cutoff mark. Its all because the faculty of education refused to be a dumping site for those dat do not make their faculty's cutoff point. Instead they would take any candidate that choosed education as their 1st choice so for d person score above an aggregate of 40

I'm hearing rumours that the supplementary list will be released next month: and i'm thinking, shouldn't it be released before registration commences? Keeping in mind that registration will commence on the 21st of August and ends 31st.

Don1Dee: yes. The next list will either come in one or two-fold, supp. 1 & 2. Supp. I in the case of the latter will be for core professional courses and shall comprise of candidates who are very close (1-3 marks), the various slot(senate, council, biological children, Abuja & Alausa men of valour, GOs[MFM, Deeper life & Redeem], the 'right long legs' and 'lets fill these spaces' (Education courses, Creatives Art, European Language & other less professional(in your words, competitive) courses.

i just want one associated with science and engineering that will do my future good incase i can't change.

Yakeeboy: yes my brother you can change from political science to law in 200lv but you must meet the gpa of law faculty.but there are some probabilities that your department wouldn't let go since you are the brillant student in their department
