I find it hard to fathom why you cannot understand the meaning of 'threatening' as used in the OP's context with regards to M.L.K. He didn't necessarily use words that were threatening in his speech, but as a whole, his comments were detrimental to the existence of the powers that be and the system operating at that time, and hence, can be classified as 'threatening'. The supremacist whites of the time considered it(his speech) threatening because the racially abused, dejected blacks of the time considered it motivating and inspirational-and that could have caused a real revolution then. So truly, his comments got him killed by the whites cause they were threatening to the whites. You dig?

He's changed some yet left rule NO 17 untouched. Why? He says because it limits our freedom of speech. What he's basically saying is a big F**K OFF to all other religions. Its simple Seun. Stop being insensitive towards other people in favor of Islam. Replace the word 'islam' and 'Muslim' to 'Religion/Religious'...... Its that simple. Stop justifying what is unjustifiable. So you don't want to limit the freedom of speech of those saying Mary-mother of Jesus-is a hoe, yet, anyone saying Mohammed is a rapist, wife beater, terrorists and all sorts of apparent things about the religion;Islam, should be banned, bah? I don't really care about the other rules but rule No 17 is total rubbish and lack of common sense from Seun's side. How can one be so callous? I'm pretty sure if he replaced the word 'Islam' and 'Muslim' with 'Religious/Religion' there won't be so much uproar. To make things worse, he and his Brain-dead moderators have seen how members of other religions have reacted to it yet they haven't made amendments. The rule states that no one should post anything offensive about islam. This is what makes it more stupid and depicts the people who wrote it lack common sense-its total hypocrisy! How can you tell people not to do something when you are doing the same thing. Who the heck does he think he is to decide which religion gets first priority and preferential treatment over others? Just please don't ban me. Instead, get a way in which users like me who can't put up with your hypocritical rubbish can delete their accounts.

there's a problem sir. My D.O.B in my Olevels was imputed wrongly(and stupidly) by my teacher and I'm to change it in the coming months, but that isn't shown on the result slip, only the certificate(which I haven't collected). My international passport has my real DOB though I'll need to renew that seeing as it expired a few months ago(ecowas one) but I still have it. I also have a birth certificate if that's needed.

So getting the admission will be FREE for you. Yes possibly you waiver can increase based on your result. After admission you will need to be ready to pay 4133USD as your tuition and others to METU bank account.
