To start with, if you guyz claim you have info. that letters have been typed then you should tell us when we are suppose to resume as staff of DPR, as this must be spelt out in the letter.

Typing, posting and distribution of letters don't linger this long.

My piece of advise that we remain calm and focus on our respective hustles until APLs show up.

Not every single thing u see on dis NL u keep to heart.. u can simply ignore, jump and pass dtc.. but these comments or speculators are what keep d thread moving..

I heard just this today. That we will be getting posting alongside APLs. I think they are trying to make room for more people from those that will have to decline due to where they will be posted. I'm not sure what their reasons are but it won't hurt to plan towards a scenario where you get posted outside your comfort zone. I heard we'd hear from them next week. Apparently the delay is due to the postings they want to include.
That's all i know for now.

By this we can also conclude no apl has reached any tonal/field office..

I'm only "thinking " it may be a way of even cutting out some forced stakeholder candidates. This is me thinking, its not a fact and i didn't hear it. I'm only thinking if they post people upfront, its a faster means of knowing who is accepting or declining before going for medicals. Again, this is me just thinking aloud

I agree with aasadiq.. it's impossible to even consider people for d 1st list without considering likely postings.. u can only choose to employ 30 Mech. Engrs if there's 30 needed in locations
My point is I bet posting have Been considered/done since d making of d 1st list.
It is also not a new thing that postings come as a separate letter. If there's any further delay. I'm sure it has nothing to do with postings.

Sorry to dispute but they cannot include more people solely because people r expected to decline. What if people don't decline!! Dats not a weighty reason to include more people..

The recruitment was fair and transparent and I want to reiterate that Mr. Tata is a man of integrity and has made effort to ensure that the best hands have been selected that can add more value to the system irrespective of whether some have received APLs or not at this time. People should share information that can benefit others. Everything said on this thread is subject to debate even if you are a DPR staff or consultant. Seeking popularity shouldn’t be anyone’s top priority, it would only defeat the purpose of this thread.

Please those with first hand info should share, this is a faceless forum. Don’t be afraid to do so. Thank you.

In my opinion, this recruitment is too sensitive for DPR to have come this far (with the attendant delays, stress, attention, etc) and decide to just hand out APL's to a selected few before others are officially contacted. I could be wrong but I think the best they could do is let them know that their candidates were considered and would be contacted directly. After all the stakeholders may have gone through will they expect early contact or complain or dictate exactly how & when to receive APL's after being assured of their candidates' success? I don't think so! Besides, even if only 5 people have their letters before official contact is made may lead to unnecessary tension and brouhaha because many will be disappointed and may consider the whole recruitment as unfair or hijacked or something like that since they feel they're influential.

Tami spoke well and as marvel said, time will tell. Now that it's a sure thing that the end is here, everyone should please exercise patience. If we can survive over 700 days of all these why not 10 days or less? Chill guys.

I am here to clear few things. This is not going to be a long post, as there's nothing much to say.
- 25th June dateline is not feasible. Sorry to break your heart.
- The recruitment is 100% completed. The next thing is dispersing of appointment letters and sending emails. Which will probably begin next week.
- Once Mr Tata gives the green light, the letters will start flying

For now, all eyes on mr Tata. The Man of the moment.
More updates will come when they are ready.

Will d letters b couriered? Or we will need to go and pick it up after d notification like d ond guys..
