AM alert Interview -28th August (funded 10,236 before interview) teb123: Transcript
I had my interview today at the Lagos embassy.
I left Ogudu around 5:16 am and got to Walter Carrington by 5:40 am. They asked us not to loiter around so I went to the car park and came back by 6:10 am. Paulinus came to shout at us for hanging around blah blah blah. By 6:30 I joined the queue and he started calling people to arrange their documents. (PS: Follow the document format that has been posted on the group several times, it'll make things much easier for you.) Paulinus didn't have to say a word to me because I had everything prepared in the right format and I followed instructions.
Anyways, fast-forward to the interview. I was interviewed by a nice lady in room 3.
What are you here for. Have you funded? how much did you fund? What did you study? Me: Psychology. How is the MSc related to your BSc? Tell me about temperament? What is the name of your university? Is it possible to be Sanguine and choleric? VO: Masters or BSc.? MSc. Usability Engineering Let me have your documents, visa fee, photographs and passport. Placed my fingers for biometrics and she gave me two forms to confirm my details and sign. Why this course? Why Germany? Why not UK, US or Canada? Mention some prominent Psychologists? Tell me what you know about Germany. She nodded in affirmation and then asked me to stop after listing like 10 facts about germany. What was your Bsc project topic? Where are you going to? Do you speak german? What is the language of instruction of your course? What do you do? How much do you earn? What do you plan to do after your Msc? Do you know anyone in Germany? Have you ever applied for a visa in this embassy? Do you have any question for me? drop the phone, you can leave now.
Special shoutout to dukeokafor , your selflessness is out of this world. |

Hello Sandra,
in order to increase your blocked sum, please confirm the new monthly amount (probably the newly requested 853 EUR per month) via email and we can make the changes for you.
Best regards, Your Fintiba Team

Apt! dukeokafor: As much as I sympathize with the two folks that were recently rejected. I'm really sorry about your predicament.
However....
I'd really like to point something out.
These people went through their whole process of applying to schools, got admission, got interview dates, went for interviews and SAID NOTHING.
No single contribution to the thread. Zilch! Not even their interview transcripts. Kilode?!
Funniest part is, where you start getting help as regards your rejection is from the transcripts. We'd scrutinize your transcript and see if something went wrong or not.
No contribution. Y'all just kept mum all these while and now that fish bone has hooked the throat, you need help with one thing or the other.
E no make sense. If nobody talk am, me I go talk am.
I'm sure some other people are also thinking in my direction. I hope all the help y'all need would be rendered but on a serious note, we need to stop this "always receiving but never give mentality".
You keep taking water from a tank and you never fill it up, one day, that water will dry up.
Think about the folks coming after you!

I don't mean to sound negative but if you go to the embassy without an appointment you'll get the sense response those that called have gotten. Perhaps you should try asking your school for an enrollment extension? If they can extend it to November it'll be great. Toluwase100: Good Morning guys. I want to ask a question that might sound unreasonable
I'm thinking about taking my admission letter and evidence of payment of Semester fee to the Embassy to logde a complaint together with my booking reference. Any thoughts?
Secondly, can I mail my school perharps there is anything they can do about it maybe they mailing the embassy..... (no crucification Biko) |

And please how long did it take to get your docs forwarded to the school?

Hello, Are you planning to send documents from lagos? Sakasitay: I swear. I applied for Management and Technology at TUM. The procedure can make you weak. I even wrote a ten-page Essay. Still waiting for my VPD - so that I can send them everything. TUM and LMU have crazy Admission procedures. |
