Our Campaign:
We beg and solicit for your support to help us beg the big brand First Bank to pay us. We call first bank out over its insistence not to pay us for their 125th Anniversary logo we designed after effort to make them see reason has failed ostensibly frustrated by Mrs Folake Ani-Mumuney and other top management.
First Bank Plc. breached our Intellectual property rights and wants to get away with it. 

Steps taken so far?
After several attempts to make the management of first bank plc see reason to pay us for designing their 125th Year anniversary logo, we got constrained to take them to the court of public opinion which had been greeted with threat by Nigerians to move their bank accounts from first bank in reprisal for the unfair ill treatment shown to us occassioning a growing concern about the ethics of such a company listed on your premium board.

We won't meet with their legal unit because we no longer trust the judgement of Mrs Folake Ani-Mumuney who referred our request for payment to the legal unit after the ploy to fool us with a job to print about 100 ipad covers failed.We have course to reasonably suspect that the legal unit works hand in glove with her since they didn't see qualms in the corporate infringement and advice her against such decision she led the bank into.
They seem to all be profiting actively from such a system that robs small brands of their sweat and labour by going ahead to use the logo without paying us and still want to breathe down our necks.
We should actually be demanding an apology From them as well as our due payment.
We will meet with a higher authority that may include the top management but not that unit.

Our goals for this campaign is clearly not against the bank but these powerful clique of decision making people behind this that made a big brand like FBN to a point it wants to kill a small brand like us.

Our campaign is a noble one in the face of God and man. We laboured and invested a lot to design their 125th Anniversary logo, we have not been paid a dime for it.
We are grateful to God and those helping us so far to make reason prevail as we are already making some little progress.

They have used it and still using it yet has not paid us a dime. It is where we are as a nation of people who don't encourage others to do the RIGHT thing.

Hope Uzodimma forged result with fake INEC result sheet and INEC Returning Officer and Collation Officer stroke it out as fake because other party agents did not even sign the result sheets and only APC and one other party had results on the results sheets out of over 5 candidates, how come

At the election tribunal, this incident was brought up, Tribunal called on INEC to testify and INEC testified that the result sheets were forged and not issued by them INEC, so tribunal nullified Hope Uzodimma's claim.


It went to Appeal Court, the same case was brought up, INEC again testifies the result sheets were forged and the Appeal Court Judge still went further that the result should be called out, and only APC and one other party's result were legible, the person calling the result said he couldn't see other party candidate's results clearly, so he was asked to call out Hopes results and total number of Hope's acclaimed vote exceeded total number of accredited voters and was still not enough to counter Ihedioha's total votes.


So don't let them fool you, this is pure coup by Buhari/APC led government.

If the Supreme court panel were acting purely on legal terms, why didn't they order the results to be made public so the world can see the so called result and see

In simple terms- Garnishee order arises when a court instructs a third party (the bank) to pay a creditor a certain sum on behalf of the debtor. In this case, CBN is to pay a team of lawyers on behalf of FG (debtor).

GTB has a similar case with Innoson.

Failure to do so will attract consequences.

What I don't understand is why Emefiele would go to jail. What happened to entity concept?

Emefiele is different from CBN. It is just like Segun Agbaje going to jail for failure to pay Innoson a sum.

As I type this message, my heart is heavy.

Up till today, I have never known my genotype till I went to do medical fitness test for my job/employment process.

I've being dating by girlfriend for about two years and seven months now, and I've always seen her as a perfect match to me, not because she's perfect, but because she's very loyal, reserved and calm, respectful, teachable, willing to learn, beautiful and very supportive to say a few.

Kai, the thought of losing her is killing and unexplainable. She had been a BLESSING to me all these while.

With the challenges of my new and better job, will I really have that time to woo women and start the process of working on a woman to blend and suit me?

And this is a girl I'm planning to settle down with by the middle of next year, after I must have gotten used to my new job.

Guy I don't have time to argue with these guys... I made a broad statement about global warming and aviation. That is wrong.. Nevertheless Pilots are not trained on global warming.. It's not part of their curriculum.. I don't have energy to argue with someone that put out IATA curriculum...
Many top elite have minor flying licenses. No one would teach global warming in such class structure..
