POWER SUPPLY (ELECTRICITY)

This is the first problem we need to solve,solving this problem will path way for many more improvements that the economy need from Investments to Employments and finally the eradication of poverty.All power stations across the country will be upgraded and the earlier we make this happen the better it is for all Nigerians. By December 2011 we can guarantee all Nigerians and investors that we will have a stable power supply 247.

INVESTORS

We need this people to enable us kick start the economy. After the stable power supply by July 2012 we can guarantee that there will be lots of investors attracted to invest in the country.this will create at least 15.6 Million employment by 2019.

TRANSPORT

We need good transport network in place to enable the movement of goods and services within the country. We can do this by road and Rail transport.
*ROAD - we will construck a Motorway with 3 lanes and 1 hard shoulder from the North to the south,then we will construct other roads that will be used to exit the motor way into various states.
*RAIL - We need the help of the Chinese to achieve this.the Chinese are our friends and am sure they will help. with a good power supply in place, we can afford to make our trains run on electricity. we will need to privatize the Rail System to ensure it is been maintained properly.

EMPLOYMENT & ERADICATION OF POVERTY

We can create employment by making sure that all investors employ Nigerian. they must make sure that 85% of their employees are Nigerians. We will put a law in place to make sure we don't discriminate.

POVERTY ERADICATION

We can start by imposing a minimum wage on employers.Small or Medium Business may not be able to cope with the minimum wage,but the government will subsidise the wage. i.e if the country's minimum wage is N1000/Month,and a worker earns N3000 then the government will add N7000 inform of a benefit to round it up to N1000. but only if the employer can prove that they run a small scale business.

EDUCATION

This is the future of all Nigerian citizen,and we must make sure its affordable.Most Nigerians fail to get good education at university level because they cant afford it. So this can be solved my making all Education free regardless of family background. We will also make sure that students are admitted to universities on merit first. new courses will be introduced to university e.g paramedic study, we will need them in future plans.

HEALTH

Its our responsibility to save life's of Nigerians. we have good Doctors, and we will employ more. We will make sure that every state in the country has at least 5 standard General hospital.please note that more populated states may require more,why less populated states may require 3 or 4.We will train 500 surgeons abroad every year.We will also buy best health equipments and make sure all hospitals are well equipped. also each state must have at least 2 paramedic helicopters to enable critical emergency patients to get to the hospital,each Hospital must also have at least 7 standing by ambulances with well trained paramedics.All hospital must have at least one member of staff on duty that will have access to the Local government database for registering of births and deaths.all Birth and Death must be registered within 2 weeks.

AGRICULTURE

The government will invest heavily on agriculture to enable us to produce our own food.This will help reduce importing of food at a high price.We will provide free training for farmers on how to use farming machinery.all farmers associations in the country must register their members for training.Loans will be available for farmers and heavy farming machine will be available to be rented at the local Government at a very cheap price per day.We must improve on Agriculture so we can stop to rely on Tax and crude oil all the times. When all Nigerians can afford to buy food at a very cheap price, then we man concider exporting to other countries to generate income.

POLICE

This requires a GREAT REFORM. All police officers will be retrained and will have to take some tests l.e Physical fitness test,Health test and Mental test.Not all police officer will be trained to handle weapons.We will have specially trained armed police force to handle weapons,we will need them when things go too bad e.g Robbery or Kidnapping. All states will be given the power to manage their own police Which means we will have different Police Force in the country.
we will meet the following standards
*New Patrol cars (Well equipped to spot unlawful motorists)
*Good Communication Radio Systems.
*Special bonus on every crime solved
*Good Promotion and Pension
*Good Salary

CUSTOMS AND IMMIGRATION OFFICERS WILL MEET THE SAME STANDARDS but will be managed by the Federal Government.


LOCAL GOVERNMENT

All Local Government must deliver good service to their people. Local Governments will be financed yearly to maintain the following services.
*Street Lights
*Local School
*Street Roads
*Maintain Shopping centres
*Environmental and waste management
*Playing grounds for Kids


COMMUNICATION AND IT

Now that we have good power supply and many investors,all telecommunication companies must reduce their tarriffs.We will issue new licences to company that can invest heavily to provide good telephone Lines (Land Lines register to a fixed address) and also provide fast Internet Broadband service.


DATABASE SYSTEMS

We must operate a good and well maintained database ,or else we will fail in may areas. Database will be maintained by the HOME SOCIETY.

*GOVERNMENT DATABASE
This will be used in many places e.g Tax Office,Police $ Immigration.
Local government will also have their separate database to register Birth and Death.All Nigerians must be on the database,or risk been held in a deportation camp for 3 years before Citizenship can be granted. All Nigerians in Diaspora will be required to register with the Nigerian High Commission in any country they reside.

*PORT DATABASE
All ports must keep details of all passangers coming in and out of the country for at least 24months.especially the airports. This will allow the government to keep tracks on Citizens abroad,and also to assist our embassies abroad.


DEFENCE

We will increase and strength our forces,and also invest in defence equipments like War ships,submarine,helicopters and others. we will make sure we don't get used by the Americans to get into illegal wars.

POLITICAL/ELECTORAL REFORM

All parties will be banned from zoning candidates,this will help to ease the pressure on the parties to get the right candidate.Any Nigeria that meets the requirements can contest,so no more tribalism.this will also allow the right candidate to win regardless on ethnic or religion. We must reform INEC to enable us enjoy free and fair election everytime,and make sure all vote counts.

INTERNATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

We will rebuild our image by appointing good and well dedicated ambassadors to represent us abroad. This is very important is time for the world to take us serious.


FG SPECIAL AGENCIES

EIA - Will gather security intelligence for the country,and work with partners abroad.
SIS - Will handle all crimes that are above the State Police ton deal with.
HOME SOCIETY - They are responsible in maintainace of the country's database and also the Police in all states,EIA,SIS,Immigration and Passport controll.
