But have 20-25k ready for cab. The driver charged me 22k in April when I traveled to Cotonou. The road is very bad too.

It should cost you lesser. Get to Mile 2, there are cabs that can take each person for 3k-4k all through to Seme Border. At border post, you will have to settle the boys for stamping. Peg that at another 3k to 4k. Upon entering Benin territory, ask for Baba Beji shop. It's very close to the border. The policemen at the border will direct you on how to get there. At Baba Beji shop, they will change your currency for you. 1000 naira will earn you 1100 cfa. At the front of Baba Beji shop, you will see SiM seller and you can get one for 1500. To get reasonable data and credit should cost you like 3k. From there, take cab to your hotel. Before you accept any service, ask people for the average price. Africans tend to cash out when they see people who can't speak the language.

You are to stamp your passport at the border in order to be acknowledged as a legal traveler. There are other routes but your passport wont be stamped if you go through them. Again, not stamping your passports can raise an unnecessary eyebrow when you get to their airport. They will wonder how you got access to their country. Our case no go be like Sunday Igboho o.

To stamp is generally easy. Just hold like 1k to 2k of your passport has been stamped severally. But if it's a virgin passport, hold like 5k. Again, I repeat, ensure you pass through the border post. When you get to J4, there is every tendency that Okada men will approach you in their numbers, tell them you are going through the border post gan gan.

From my experience visiting Cotonou, I wouldn't say majority understand English O
But some of the cab drivers speak broken English but still have your Google translate ready

That's the more reason I added "peripherally". Dem still dey try. They play host to several people who cannot speak their language hence they have to understand a bit.

Check for hotel Albert and Agnes located in Akpakpa, Cotonou. This hotel is located in a leading estate in Cotonou and the lowest price is 8k per night. There are rooms of 10k and above. Was there months backs and I took the 8k room. It is in good shape and comfortable. From this point, any bike man can easily take you to Iya Emma cafeteria. Very popular for Naija food.
Upon landing here, you can then study your exit plan and ask the residents around for advice. Majority understand English peripherally.

Before you decide to dash the UK your hard earned £2,400 go and watch @Djjaramix on tiktok! He’s documenting his experience in the quarantine hotel. He strongly advices you spend your 10 days and money in another country that is not on the red list.
It’s really not worth giving these people your money. When they see Africans are smart and coming in through Dubai & Turkey, they will lift the ban. Patronising them is just making things worse. Imagine paying £240 per night! That money will pay for a 5 star hotel in Turkey and you will still have change sef.

Make God no just shame person. I had five offers and I chose one. Even paid deposit. Only to do Pre-CAS interview and they are saying something about study gap. My interviewer was satisfied with my response but the International student advice team said no. Got the regret mail last might. I'm so frustrated. My POF has even matured for about two weeks now. I got offer from Coventry too but it has lapsed. I currently have two offers from London Metropolitan but today is deadline to apply for CAS.

Sorry for your story. It's proof of something greater to come. Be expectant and never loose focus. For LMU, some people just recently applied and their cas has not been issued yet. Better you send a mail.

Practically impossible except God decides to show his strength. Nothing stops you from trying though.
But as a backup plan for your "rush", I will advise you research and apply to schools with February, March, April intakes.

This quarantine fee, there are some Universities that pay back in some ways. I will advise that applicants send mails to the unis so as to confirm if the unis have provisions in this direction. In case they don't also have, such mails, if received in large numbers can go a long way to encourage them to consider doing so.

Cyber security requires IT knowledge. Most importantly IT Networking and them some others. look at the requirements of the course before you apply, they would naturally state that you need a bsc in computing, computer science or computer related courses.. I would not say its impossible as sometimes some universities are flexible. Application is free, you only pay with the time you use in applying so give it a shot. last last , na rejection you go receive which won't kill anybody

A brilliant well written personal statement should suffice. Then also check out Universities that really do not require bachelor degree in computer science for a masters in the same or related field. There are quite some of them that I have seen.
