Thanks for your response bro. I may have to follow your advice. OSCARTM: Don't put yourself under unnecessary pressure, anything could go wrong with these processes. Do application and IHS payment on Day 1 and Biometrics on Day 2 (if possible); IHS payment confirmation takes few mins, if not instant. |

Thanks izyblaze. I will confirm from my school. izyblaze: Check for your school’s refund policy, you’ll find your answer there. For my school, if I withdraw before October 4th, they’ll give me back 75% of my deposit. |

Please can i ask a school to withdraw my CAS without loosing the whole tuition deposit paid. Also will this be an issue if i ask another school to issue a CAS for jan intake. To give context, for certain recent personal unavoidable reasons, I may not be able to resume in early Oct my school said, but until around Nov. I asked to school if i could defer, they said they don't have Jan intake for my programme. I asked for late resumption while i study remotely till Nov, they are finding it difficult to give clearance. Now, i applied to another school for January intake and i got admitted. Has anyone experienced or know someone who has. I did appreciate any advise i can get. Thanks |

Please, I am stuck here, I will make a visa application in less than 2 weeks from now. My school start date is Oct 4 and class start is Oct 11. Due to certain reasons which just came up. I may not be able to resume not till after 1 month(possibly in Nov).
1. I just need guide on best reasons to use to convince my school. I cant defer as CAS has been issued and my course does not have a Jan start time. 2.Will resuming 1 month after studies be an issue at the border?
3.Also, if i enrol online for 1 month in Nigeria, can i still be able to continue physically when i travel in Nov?? |

Okay, I get..Appreciate.. CheesyTee: Closing balance must not fall short the required amount even by one kobo in any of the days (from day 1 - 28). Not as at 28th day. |

Thanks so much for yor response. May God bless you. For finally clarity l, by the bolded, i believe you mean the closing balance as at 28th not going down below the required sum. Thanks again. Amarathripple0: There are no stupid questions. You’ll start counting from the day the cash was deposited to the 28th or 29th day, depending on your preference. If the cash was deposited 1st August, you’ll select from 1st - 28th August or 2nd - 29th August when you print or download your bank statement. Even if there’s no activity on the account within that period, as long as the funds do not decrease below the required amount, then you’ll be fine. However, some people buy recharge card or deposit some more funds into the account so it’s active. Just ensure you start counting from the day the funds were deposited or the day after the funds were deposited to complete the 28 days. I hope this explains it. |

Do they ask for documents or any ref nos or just name... okehsmiley: 6Am ke...Please go earlier. I did mine at VI center and it took me 2 days. I went 6am on the first day and was number 71...and to come again the next day as they didn't get to my number that day. |

Thanks for the response. But how do i ensure the closing balance hits 28 or 29th day? Sorry if my questions sound stupid....Guess the closing balance which meets up to the POf should be exact on the print date( 29th day) Amarathripple0: I would advise you wait until the 29th day to submit your application as it’s safer. You can go for your Walk in Biometrics on the 30th. Also do a count to be sure that the closing balance hits the 28/29th mark. Best of luck in your application. |

Thanks so much for the advise. Bro, I am confused about this closing bal on statement of a thing. What makes an evidence that i have the fund as at said date. Is it the closing balance as at print date or closing balance as at Period date? Pascalsmith: Please don’t do it …. Rather print your statement on the 29th day fill your application 29day as well then walk in on the 30th day |

As in....This is entirely different from US. Asides from the biometrics you give on the date of Interview, all other process are automated. You hustle for TB test, you hustle for this, that and that...Its well nuttyhnic: The whole visa process is monotonous. And I'm already tired. Even if it's 100 bucks I'll pay to get it done with once and for all. |

Sorry bro, what exactly i am using in the VI facility, Is it something I can do myself... fetomowo: It is not for walk-in. You pay 42,000 naira for each member of your family for the Walk-in service. This is for your Biometrics. The GBP 55 is for Using the VI facility. It's called the MUP fee, you pay that along with your visa application fee, it is also charged per head. |

Please i just needed to ask this. If one has an opportunity of choosing between teeside university with £6500( after discount), MBA with placement year and on the other hand, University of Lincoln, same MBA and with no placement and fees of £11,600. Which one is better.
And also do teeside still request for bank statement cos i didn't see any of that on the unconditional letter i got. All I saw was to pay a £4000 deposit.
Mind you Lincoln does not request for statement or pre-cas interview bla bla,as per what i heard about teeside( if that still stands). |

Ab7890: Dont defer o. It is not an issue at all. Please also contact ur UNI to inform them that you might start late and you are planning to pay for priority so you can there on time.. Let them know of your plans cos remember they will be expecting u to resume that 12th of October. |

Happy new month All. Please, i need your advise here. I already got an unconditional offer. I made an erroneous mistake of investing in some institution thinking that the statement from them can be used. I am not even allowed to withdraw or take out at all till like September. Now my resumption is on October 12. This therefore means that the maturity of my 28days POF rule( if am to start in sept) and subsequent application is like 2 days to resumption.
Now the thing is if am to do priority with say 7 days Max for visa processing. This means that the visa will come out say 5 days after school resumption.
Can this lead to a visa denial? with the VO seeing that the school must have resumed prior to my visa application coming out. Is this advisable?
Or should i just defer the whole thing to next year October 2022, since there is no option for February 2022 intake for my course. |

Yes! you are right. This is my second transcripts request CheesyTee: Electronic copies are processed faster the second time you request it because it would have been signed and stamped (not always dated). So it's more like forwarding it to another institution. If it’s the first time, it will take 2-3 weeks. |
