Don't put yourself under unnecessary pressure, anything could go wrong with these processes. Do application and IHS payment on Day 1 and Biometrics on Day 2 (if possible); IHS payment confirmation takes few mins, if not instant.

Just add a $100 or $50 as buffer to it to be on the safe side....it's approximately $1,990..

Check for your school’s refund policy, you’ll find your answer there. For my school, if I withdraw before October 4th, they’ll give me back 75% of my deposit.

Closing balance must not fall short the required amount even by one kobo in any of the days (from day 1 - 28). Not as at 28th day.

Just make sure you perform transact on the 27th day , 28th day before printing on the 29th day

There are no stupid questions.
You’ll start counting from the day the cash was deposited to the 28th or 29th day, depending on your preference. If the cash was deposited 1st August, you’ll select from 1st - 28th August or 2nd - 29th August when you print or download your bank statement. Even if there’s no activity on the account within that period, as long as the funds do not decrease below the required amount, then you’ll be fine. However, some people buy recharge card or deposit some more funds into the account so it’s active. Just ensure you start counting from the day the funds were deposited or the day after the funds were deposited to complete the 28 days. I hope this explains it.

6Am ke...Please go earlier. I did mine at VI center and it took me 2 days. I went 6am on the first day and was number 71...and to come again the next day as they didn't get to my number that day.

I would advise you wait until the 29th day to submit your application as it’s safer. You can go for your Walk in Biometrics on the 30th. Also do a count to be sure that the closing balance hits the 28/29th mark. Best of luck in your application.

Please don’t do it …. Rather print your statement on the 29th day fill your application 29day as well then walk in on the 30th day

The whole visa process is monotonous. And I'm already tired. Even if it's 100 bucks I'll pay to get it done with once and for all.

It is not for walk-in. You pay 42,000 naira for each member of your family for the Walk-in service. This is for your Biometrics. The GBP 55 is for Using the VI facility. It's called the MUP fee, you pay that along with your visa application fee, it is also charged per head.

Dont defer o. It is not an issue at all. Please also contact ur UNI to inform them that you might start late and you are planning to pay for priority so you can there on time.. Let them know of your plans cos remember they will be expecting u to resume that 12th of October.

Electronic copies are processed faster the second time you request it because it would have been signed and stamped (not always dated). So it's more like forwarding it to another institution. If it’s the first time, it will take 2-3 weeks.
