I just heard news today that after a transfer and crew change, some mobile policemen on security duty at exxonmobil qua iboe terminal here in akwa ibom on transit were killed in nassarawa. Seems this is a related incident. what are our journalists doing? They don't even give us news.

I'm thinking these men of the force were taken on a suicide mission unaware of who or what they were dealing with or maybe the youths mistook them for the policemen sent to flush them out. We will never know the true story.

The politicians just sent these policemen for a suicide mission impossible....if these people take up arms and do charms to protect themselves from fulanis, it shows the security apparatus in the state has failed. Going to dislodge them without putting an end to the fulani crises is politics being played out. If as a country we don't take homeland security seriously, these remote villages do. I am not supporting the killings, but the governor and the commissioner of police got it wrong here, and they should be held accountable.

Wipe the Niger Delta and exploit their oil...so as to keep the national cake going round for the legislathieves. How dumb can one be in saying the cost of operating a private plane is cheaper than a car just by comparing the fuel used (which I still doubt is cheaper) you won't pay the pilot? You won't pay for parking? Etc etc. Money just the miss road for this country.

For all of you spewing that Nzeogwu drew first blood and buhari and co were right in their reply let me ask you a good question. If Nzeogwu was to be around today, and declare interest in running for a presidential post in this country, would you support him? Why? .... let's not support murderers since our laws can't deal with them.

Lets do a critical thinking here. Is this national grid thing not the bane of power development in the country? Why not harness resources according to regions? According to geography....why can't the coal mines power the east? The natural gas power the south and west, the north, hydro electric and solar.....since the resources are in place, there will be little or no decline. Maybe the national grid can still stay for back up, but each region should have its own supply capability...which is now easier to manage.

Time for the FG to grow some balls. Homeland security is very much needed. Why cant we use d billions wasted on security to make perimeter fencing round,our porous border? Why cant d fg declare war against BH? Why cant we gather intelligence? We no fit use all our juju take fish out,BH and sponsors? We are technologicaly backward....we need to grow.

Lets say this merger works and PDP is dislodged, after that what happens? The key people in each party will be rewarded with political appointments and top positions, which will lead to more corruption and backwardness.
