In a tragic incident in Punjab, 27-year-old Ekta, a Hindu woman and manager in a US-based company, was found beheaded in her home. CCTV footage revealed that her boyfriend, Anas Qureshi, was responsible for the heinous act.

The couple had been in a relationship for four years, and recent arguments had escalated tensions between them. Despite her family's acceptance of their relationship, Qureshi reportedly attempted to force Ekta to convert to Islam, which she refused.

Ekta worked in an MNC where she met Anas Qureshi. He used to sell food outside her office.

He fled the scene in her car. During his escape, he met with an accident & is now admitted to ICU.
