They're usually better organized than this; we just have to be patient with them for now.
I think the aptitude test would hold in three centres; Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt, just like the recent tests, NSE and Olam, that was conducted within the past month.

I think you should call to confirm if your card would be valid, before hand. I've been to exams where temporary slips were rejected.

Unlike most posters, I think this is a good initiative. Yes it would be useless to buy just one #10 recharge card. But if you buy, say #70 recharge it's sustainable and cheaper than the normal #100 card.

My only issue with this is that the cost of printing a #10 recharge card would be greater than it's value.
