The woman is not serious. So she had to wait for good two weeks for her husband to return from his journey before reporting the case to the police? There's something fishy about this whole story. Either that the woman is not saying the truth or that she's just plainly stupid.
if you were sodomized by a bigger fella how fast would you report the case to the police?
it is easy to point a finger when you're not in the situation

On no account should a married woman go to any man's house, whether married or unmarried, unaccompanied. Again, the woman should have waited for the husband to return before visiting the clipper issue. I blame the woman for the barber's action. Again, is the woman trying to make us believe that she was not aware or didn't notice the barber's place was deserted? I can't believe her story!
Why shouldn't a married woman go to any man's house? lets break it down

maybe that the woman has something going on with the man in question - which could be just plain speculation and insecurity on your part
or
That you're saying all men are raging lunatics with no self control, can't help but to make an attempt at raping or just plain sexually assault a woman - which would still mean it's the rapists fault

directed towards your last statement - what difference would the situation have made if she noticed the place was deserted when two guys have colluded to carry out the despicable act.

like how dare she not know the place was deserted.....we all know humans have perfect knowledge at all times.

OK, but don't under estimate kids of this generation.
Listen to what I'm saying dude and stop repeating that same rhetoric. Kids actions is determined by what goes on around them. A girl or boy that was abused as a child and during the course their body reacted accordingly (meaning arousal and some form of orgasm) might go chasing after that like an addict hooked on Heroin not because they want to be abused but because something as changed in their brain. when they are older they would most likely would never be able to enjoy sex with their partner/spouse again when the memories of incidents of abuse starts popping back in their head.

Again if you love the kids around you, protect them.

I wrote a book titled "YOU CAN'T BE RAPED! -How to make yourself and your loved ones Rape-proof"
It's strictly printed on order. You order it and we print it for you. You order nothing less than 100 copies.

Too many children both males and females are raped on daily basis by very close family friends. You go to work and keep your kids with an Uncle or Aunt. You don't know what happens. Several decades later the destructive effects start biting them. The become destitutes in their destinies. God forbid. You are left to forbid by getting whatever it takes to be equipped and equip your loved ones against the hydra-headed evil called rape. Cheers
I have just recently learnt how intra-family child sexual abuse is so common. even sex between kids left unsupervised. I see that you know your stuff. these encounters are stored in their long term memory bank resurfacing when in consensual relationship as adults. they get flashes of images in their mind when engaged in love making with their spouse leaving them ashamed and helpless about what happened to them in the past. in many cases it leads to a sexless marriage either for a while (if therapy is involved) and indefinitely (if therapy doesn't work or if the victim/survivor couldn't work up the courage to get help.) the Husband/wife and kids are left to bear the burn of these unfortunate incidents.

Sure it's not consensual?! Just asking o
that's sick! A child can't consent and never ever will. Reason being that they are still in their formative years. If they are exposed to any sexual encounter before they have a sense of what engaging in sex could entail, it seriously messes them up. The result could be a very hyper-sexual individual or a person that shuts down from sex. it's like a toggle between their mind and their body, leaving them ashamed, frustrated, unable to form bonds with their partners when in consensual relationships as adults.

Educate yourself and protect your children so they wouldn't have to go through this type of trauma.

Is there any major Road or street in Lagos, Abuja and PortHarcourt that you won't see more than 18 exotic buildings far better than that?

People will not allow Ben Murray Bruce manage his mud house.

Can Ben Murray Bruce not afford that cheap building on his own as a business man?

Mtcheeeeeew!
you only think you've seen better houses in Nigeria because that's where your scope ends. Those square concrete boxes you call mansions are eyesores. don't be fooled with the front view of the house, the house probably is 2 to 3 stories high that's including a walk in basement when you move to the rear side of the house. Architecture in Nigeria is still eons behind many places in the world, how much more when compared to America.

If you took the time to read my post without allowing the obstruction by your twerted guilt conscience, you will realize that I made no mention of her husband. Please,go thru my post again and show me where I made reference to her husband liking it or not. But then again,I don't expect young people like you to understand because you have a dirty understanding which you will do all to logically justify.
Now to explain my post again to you in a very elementary manner(seeing that you are hard of objective reading without bias),I stated there that as a human being(celebrity or not),there are other lives connected and looking up to yours,it doesn't always have to be husband alone. These can include dear people like your parents who did their best to raise you in a good way, your family members whose name you bear and in this case, her son who would look up to you as the refect role model. Whether you (or her)likes it or not, every action she takes has a bearing on these people. So,even if her husband knows who she is before marrying her, what of the kid that looks up to her who will someday see such scenes.
Clear the clog in your conscience,it will he'll you comprehend better my simple advice.
Selah
yeah yeah other people are looking up to her, but how's that exactly her problem? it is her life and she decides what's right for her by herself not based on the expectation of others from her, yes she could choose to be a cleaner role model but she hasn't, and she doesn't have to if she don't. teach your children to make the right choices for themselves, find the right mentors for their goals and not blame some other people doing their own thing the way they want it.
even though my first comment to you was more geared to the op, it certainly isn't off limit to address your line of reasoning

Simply put, every action has consequences. Consider the kids, parents and families who look up to you and know that your life is not just about you alone.

y'all need to calm down with Igbos - "most intelligent black Africa race" it looks really bad. These are young kids who have worked hard to achieve they've achieved, the success of these two intelligent individuals doesn't make you the op smart or the average Igbo smart not does it make them dull either.

last year or two years ago a Ghanian got into all 8 but they don't take this a validation for their "intelligence", a year ago another kid from the Yoruba side of the country got into all 8, few(2-3yrs) years back a 15yr old yoruba girl still in High school got into all 8 ivy leagues, and so did many other whites and asians and hispanics. Britain's brainiest family are from Edo state Nigeria

a constant validation at the expense of others achieve is saddening. those are facts all online, if anyone cares to check.

I keep wondering why did God even create the tree of life in the garden of Eden in the first place if He didn't want man to sin..

Some say its intentional... if it is, why was He so displeased to the extent of placing a curse on them...

He created us as man.. not as gods or heavenly creatures.. so of course he was easy and prone to falling for temptation.. so I assumed He knew from the start while creating him, that man would fall by eating the forbidden fruit...

so why bother creating it and then cursing man when it is believed He knew he would fall.. (that's the part that makes it look unfair) .. its similar to setting a concealed trap right in front of us..

I'm confused honestly ..

contributions are welcome
There's no good without evil, there's no free will if you can't between bad and good. God was telling to choose

and spain and portugal was run by blacks at this period. the 800 year reign of the moors. during this period black civilization usurped white civilization so yes britain was nowhere on the map except the parts of britain run by the moors which was ireland ( hence the black irish ) and scotland ( which scotland means black land. scot is black )

what does the cross have to do with Jesus ? well its a symbol of suffering and affliction. Jesus was suffering and afflicted hence the allegorical representation of him carrying his cross. a cross is a symbol of suffering and heavy affliction
I would have to disagree with you here, Spain was the rule of Queen Isabella and was aligned to Rome, Capital city of Catholicism. hence why they sought to convert native Americans to Christianity on their second voyage back to the new world. the moors which were not exaclty black like everyone like most Africans like to portray invaded southern of Spain, Portugal and Italy. Never even got to France, meaning they didn't set foot in Britannia

During the time period you're talking about, Spain and Portugal ruled the seas, it wasn't until many of Years later that Britain would surpass spain to become the strongest Nation on Earth. The Americas has more Spanish speaking nations than English speaking nations, and the fact that a Spanish ship first docked at the New world. Needless to say, they had the cross in their flags too. But what does it have to do with Jesus?

The original line of reasoning was that Davido shouldn't be wearing the confederate flag because it was a symbol of racism towards him as a person, rather than towards anyone else......Hence people were slagging him off for willing branding himself in a symbol that some see as degrading to the black man.

I was only pointing out that Davido would not have experienced the struggle that that flag represents, and as such it clearly has no negative connotations to him. What's more, the fact that he is super loaded means that he will most like never have any negative experiences while wearing that flag.

I think your problem here is conflating the Swastika and the Confederate flag. I will have to remind you that only of those two symbols is actually illegal to replicate...I will also remind you that the confedrate flag has no meaning or political context to the majority of Nigerians in Nigeria. He took a picture with a Nigerian and shared to a mostly Nigerian audience, so I fail to see how he was being 'insensitive' deliberately or not.

But lets not let common sense get in the way of an opportunity to rant...
you still don't fvcking get it, wasn't it in the News that David got a house in Georgia last year, Thank God for black freedom in America but fvck the memory of those who died fighting for it anyways so I'm gonna put on a confederate flag! a symbol of slavery, rape and systemic oppression that affected fellow Africans, taken away in slave ships and more than likely sold by other Africans centuries ago with results still propagating itself today right?
he was arrested couple of weeks ago only to saved by his YouTube views? you think the cop saw a green and white print of Nigeria boldly on his forehead?
it was my mistake, I should have made you realize that UPenn is not located in the former confederate south but in a state located in the NorthEast, you've shown that you have no understanding of about Global history, America's in particular.

it doesn't take rocket science to know that just because something is legal it doesn't mean it's right and vice versa.

As early as 1926, there were already Nigerians studying at US universities. I'm sure I don't need to tell you how expensive that must have been back then...Nnamdi Azikiwe got his Masters from Unversity of Pennyslyvania in 1934. I hope you know that UPen is an Ivy League uni and one of the most prestigious Unis in America. By 1960, Odemegwu Ojukwu was a board member at Shell Oil....one of the largest oil producers in the world.

If you think that some 'nonentity from Africa being able to forge ahead in America' was an impossible mission, you should go outside, buy a long sturdy cane, and then pay someone to flog you with it.

Like I said, the struggle of the average African American was and generally is not the struggle of the average Nigerian.
and there were many other African Americans who studied at prestigious colleges before him across the country, it still doesn't erase the fact that there was a nation wide, institutionalized racism across the country, Azikwe was able to attend UPen, because Americans have suffered and fought to be allowed to read. Not saying he didn't work hard to be there but considering the history of America it wouldn't have been able to go there. If America was the way it was 60 -100 yrs ago, finding a Nigerian would would be like finding a southerner living in the Sambisa forest. Just because I wasn't a Jew in Nazi Germany doesn't mean I shouldn't be empathetic towards the pain and struggle the Jewish people faced. That's is the stupidest line of reasoning ever

Paid which price?

And for who? cheesy

Before and During the Civil Rights Movement in the 60s, Rich Nigerians were already building extensive property portfolios abroad. The likes of Alhaji Dantata and Sir Odemegwu Ojukwu were filthy rich, and didnt need Dr Martin Luther King Jnr to fight for their right to buy property in America or the UK or anywhere else. The Civil Rights movement simply did not relate to them, because they were not in the same category as the average African American.

I think you may be the one who needs to 'pick up a damn book and read' grin
you bask in your ignorance. Show me evidence right now that those people were able to do what you've claimed in America, not the UK you fool but America (if you have a hard time telling the difference). Nigerians in America and covered under term black/African American, this should inform you that there isn't much difference. While Africa was just gaining independence, black Americans were fighting for civil human right here in America, so were other blacks around the world especially in the western hemisphere. In the 60's you couldn't even use the same restroom as whites in the south and some part of the North, talking about some nonentity from Africa being able to forge ahead in America. If AAs haven't paid the price, America would not be a place where blacks could freely migrate to.

The way Nigeria is set up now, no part of the country can successfully disintegrate. the seceding state chances of finding itself in anarchy is incredibly greater than it becoming a well formulated, ordered, and civilized state.

And the reasons are, Creating a new thing with the same mentality won't work........there's a need for an awakening, an enlightenment, a cultural and philosophical revolution, a shift away from the ideas that forms the fabric of the Nigeria society today. Are we ready to embrace real change?

We have to totally dismantle the centralized form of government we have now in Nigeria. Having state Polices would ease the transitioning from being part of Nigeria to being completely autonomous as a Sovereign country. Not Just state polices, but also county or local government polices down to town polices. this would prevent chaos and the attempt by self serving interest to Hijack power.

A common goal and statement of purpose must be voted and agreed upon by all citizens, only then would development come.
