Nope, you are wrong.
There are notes on every single applicant. Your case is opened and the name of the VO is attached to every case they open. Very easy for us to see if we have already interviewed you. We have had applicants say "You interviewed me before" to a white man, and in the notes we can see that the previous interviewer was a white woman.

Dude....Im right n u re not in the position to tell me I'm.wrong....I will tell u again n again that she interviewd me before..n I will say it to her face......nobody is perfect

If you have really been interviewed by the same VO, then they will send you to interview with another VO. The problem is that all the Nairalanders think all VOs look the same!
We keep notes on every applicant, and it tells us who entered the notes. I might not remember the thousands of faces I have interviewed but I can quickly determine if I have seen you before.

Bro u re making a mistake...I attended an interview twice in a month n u re saying i think vos look same....Why won't I recognise someone who stabbed me once...

if u keep notes of every applicants....then she should see on her system that she did interview me before...

If u guys want me to prove it I will prove it.... can i raise a case on dis if u doubt me..check my previous interview...na the same trend and same last question..yesterdays interview was just a bit diff cos we chatted more..

Are you really sure? If the rule says that same female VO is not supposed to have interviewed you, do you know that your case could be reopened but I doubt if it's the same VO.

I just find it odd she was interviewd by the same person. I've read transcripts here where VOs transfers your case to another VO if he/she conducted the last interview.

I think she knew she had denied me before...cos the last question that was asked during the first interview was the last question she asked again..before denial

In as much as there are things we should not say, say, do, or not do during the interview, from personal experience, there's no hard and fast rule to getting ones visa approved..

During my first interview, I was as succinct as possible why giving my response, not to mention my confidence level that weighed 200%, yet I was religiously denied...During the second interview, I was as detailed and as honest as Jesus Christ, yet I was approved...one lesson I learnt from my experience be say Na God dey give visa...Shikina...So, pray, pray and pray...most importtly cut a deal with God...it really works

I prayed n fasted for more than a week n also cut a deal.....why d delayed?

next time start with it. I got a Merit Schokarship which takes care of 50% of my tuition and my mum would take care of the rest. There is no time again. Defer till fall semester and have them send you a new i-20, then you can go for interview in October which is just two months away. This will afford you time for good preparation.

Technically, the VO didnt see that as a reliable backbone to carry through an American system of Education (Trust me it is there in context) The relationship and capability of your sponsor is everything, They always want to see what the person have in Account and who the person is, so take some while off the consulate and find another sponsor, i will be here to take the blame if they reject you once more!

Oh sorry. In your next interview, please do not give too many information, it easily gets someone bored. You know VOs have a lot of people to interview. Rather learn to use humor on any of them and the visa is yours.

Sometimes, you use a sense of humor on somebody to brighten up his day, make him laugh and get what you want.

Will let you know some phrases to use inaddition to your answer to make a VO laugh.

A master degree in engineering technology will equip me with the technical skills required to maintain, operate, coordinate n supervise in a production system which in turn will make me a valuable asset n I will have edge when applying for managerial positions in multinational companies like chevron shell Mobil by the time I return to Nigeria(she was nodding)

I choose etsu because the curriculum explores the technologies found in our industrial society such as implementation and utilization of adaptive system (okay n keeps nodding)n other technical means. there's currently a research which aligns with my career which is the investigation into the effect of recycled concrete aggregate strength on d strength of concrete using it(OK n she keeps nodding) and its currently chaired by professor Johnson kieth in the faculty of technology. please.. i actually think i made a mistake somewhere.. The NEW ds160 application ID is different from the Old ds160 application. And it is the old one that appears on my embassy confirmation print out. How do i go about it?

Yes u must fill a new ds160 because u were delayed in the first attempt..
