Lost a cousin on Jan. 4, 2004. Saw her the day before she died. Next day, she wanted to stifle a sneeze (keep it from sounding loud) and in the process, she burst a vein in her head (if U are used to doing this, pls learn from this). By noon, she died.

Two years after, we lost the elder of the girl that first died. She died few weeks to graduation. She was supposed to be the best graduating student in her set In her school.

Met this young lady on Facebook. I commented on a senior colleague's status and she did too. She sent me a friend request and we became friends. That same night, she sent a message to my inbox and we chatted a bit. In a week, we were chatting during lunch breaks and at night. I was really thinking we were on to something and was leading her on. I did not ask for her number for almost two months (I was building a reputation...lol). She eventually gave me on her birthday so I cld call. The James Bond in me did not call. I only sent many text messages. One day, curiosity got the better of her and she called. I heard a soprano voice at the other end. Combining the voice with the Facebook pics, I was already impressed.

Then the hitches came. She comes from a part of Nigeria whose ladies have a reputation of being 'notorious'. Then she started asking that we meet (after a year). Then she started infusing 'marriage' into the package... Which I was not sure I want. I started moving back and she invited me for a night out. I did not plan going and I did not go. I did not know she had bought two tickets for a movie. When she called and told me, she was very unhappy.

We eventually met, but the spark was already 'dead'. We both moved on, separately. Myfriend refers to her as 'The Lady you like but could not love'. We still chat atimes sha... But majorly on professional terms.

A friend of mine shared me with this girl on 2go, he said he had been toasting the girl but she was adamant, so since am a lady toaster or so he thought he passed the minis3 ova to me.

When she accepted i saw that we were in the same state and town, toor my t.p cost wont be high so i started my natural talent called toasting.

Her call came in and she said wit her angelic voices that i should look around, i begin turn like meery go round, i sight one small girl, no, i kept on lookin but na only the small girl i saw with fone.

I manage go meet her, d gal ugly wella with huge pimples on her face but her english too sweet. when we jist finish and was expecting me to begin toastin her,i dismissed and told her i dey come carry her out in the evening.

Na by 10pm d guy come my houz to come collect him money bcus he said i gave him monkey to date.

Since then if d gal no send more than 5pix for me, i no go date. No be by force to get galfriend.

I hope this did not happen somewhere in Ibadan, cos I had a similar experience with a cousin of mine.

We did not know we were in her residential vicinity.

We thot she was taking us to a good place where we could have seats and chill...

She took us straight to her home... To her parents

and introduced my cousin as her fiance.

We answered several questions and I was so flustered I could not touch the drink offered to me.

We wanted to leave in a hurry... They seemed not in a haste to release us.

All the siblings were coming to check us out (chai!).

When we eventually left, we discharged d girl ASAP and ran all the way till we got a bike.

I will never forget that day in my life.

We talked on fone for a while and not too long he started professing his love for me, I was shocked cos y wud he be like he loves me wen we avnt met yet. Well, to cut the whole tin short; I came home for my usual hols and we agreed to meet at ikorodu(I avnt checked his picture o, maybe it nvr occured to me).. Another one was also from facebook, I dunno if I have this good fate with guys with sweet voice o. This guy's voice is not just sweet on fone , he's also fluent in expressing himself. We chatted and chatted and chatted until we decided to talk on fone, dats ow I discovered his fine speech and swt voice. I liked him. We striked a deal to meet at last during my hols too. We met but not again, he was short; shorter than former up thr. I wept silently in my mind. WTF!!! Anyways we frnds till date good frnds... Thou he asked me to go out wt him of wich I declined.



I met dis nice guy too on bbm, he's cute, fair and tall. We met on my way to akure.. But one sad tin is I didn't like him. He's a kind of man evry woman will evr dream of but I NEVER LIKED HIM. How sad!!!
