They would have already registered in the website hand have an account.

where does e-transact come in?
And how do i go about integrating it into the site.

yamakuza: Rather than pay N150k for Interswitch or etranzact alone, why not go for GTB Webpay (GTPay)? Its 75k and you can accept both Interswitch and Etranzact cards.

solidbroda: i do not agree 100 per cent. and it depends on the type of school you studied or studying. i went to a uni where we were over 1000 in a class, now tell me, how can you be encouraged to go for classes in that type of condition? student to lecturer relationship was zero, cases of missing scripts was very high, exam records were not kept, even some lecturers will tell you no one would score over 50 in their exams. now tell me, in the few consitions i stated above, how can you make first class? transportation zero, feeding 0-1-0,1-0-0, 0-0-0, 0-0-1, can you read if you are hungry?
honestly, make your finings well before you post this. most nigerian students with 3rd class, when they go to better schools or good environment, they have the best results or perform better. Environment and school type is key to first class

Kobojunkie: Thanks. Also, do you have a sample copy of what the receipt is supposed to look like? I want to know what I should expect given that this the form is meant to be transmitted back to some weird email address, after filling, I am guessing, with payment information included.
Which of the reciepts? The one got from Jamb office on purchase of the form?

Its been many years i took my jamb, and am through with school too.
But just the other day, i was helping a friend fill their jamb(direct entry) form online.

These are the latest fraudulent development i found out:
1. I couldn't login, because they had used javascript to make the login button unclickable!
From what i feel, they don't want laymen to ever register jamb by themselves.
To confirm my suspicion i beat that blockade by disabling java on my browser and bravo! It became clickable!
So i logged in with the card details (this card was bought for N4500)

2. On logging in, i continued with the registration, but found out i cant even complete the first phase because
there is a field for Jamb Accredited registration center access code.
A little Google search showed me that Jamb requires Cyber cafes to register as jamb centers (with some fee i suspect)
This will in turn force the cyber cafe operators to charge extra for the registration!
You see the loop?

4. Plus the Jamb result checking card can only be used 3 times, for what?
Its just like telling someone their ATM will work for 3 tries! So you have to buy another one, again?

5. Unlike they instructed in the direct entry card. There is no link at www.Jamb.org.ng leading to the Direct entry registration page
Maybe this was supposed to be secret(Known only by the accreditation centers)

I thought Jamb is a government owned institution and should not be that greedy and capitalist?

Omawunmi is not making good use of her voice.
She is the most talented female singer in Nigeria.
But she isn't singing real songs
For God's sake what is 'bottom belle' ?
If you ask me
Was real good until i heard the verses, rubbish in the verses.
Why was Fela great? Why was 2pac great? Dyna Ross, Brenda Fassie,
Bob Marley, MJ , named them.
Their lyrics have content and power.
Long after they are gone, they songs live on!

'We are the world' by MJ and Richie
Made top of the charts while he was alive and have now become the world's yearly anthem!
So why the hell is Omawunmi not singing real songs?
Or atleast more with meaning like 'if you ask me' ?
Checkout Rihanna, her songs are not immortal, but all are with meaning.
That is, talking about something worth giving a thought.
Roulette, Man Down, My Life, Standing Ovation.
Now compare it with 'Bottom Belle' grin
Yet Omawunmi if focused can match up Rihanna any day any time.
Their voice are nearly the same.
Point made, i wish Omawunmi will read this and work on her lyrics ignoring the Nigerian musician's noise.
My humble opinion though, i had to be so direct sorry. sad

I write great lyrics everyday,
but programmers don't sing cheesy
So i dump them on my FB page
and get a 100 likes each time grin

As a scientist at heart , I tried to research the issues with the old theme in a objective manner. My conclusion was that the old theme was painful on the eyes primarily because bright colors bombard the eye with excess photons, causing over-excitement of the cornea, leading to pain after using the site for a few hours. For me initially, I didn't understand this because I only used the site for 30 minutes to an hour at a stretch, but some days ago after a long moderating session of about 2 hours my eyes started to water and I knew something was wrong, so I started working on [b]less photoni[/b]c theme with dark colors that are easy on the eye...
