You have to design it in photshop, then slice it into pieces and start re-coding it in your web editor.
It is then you will understand the Dreamweaver is not for programmers or true webdesigners.

It just has a formidable search feature, thats why its still on my system.

I really don't see why someone should be creating a forum from scratch in 2012. Except you're creating your own forum CMS.

I've had people tell me to design a forum like nairaland and i just tell them straight up that nairaland runs on an open source software and they can also install one by the click of a mouse. I wan sleep well for night. Not after collecting 200k for smf and can't sleep in the night.

The website is pulling results from database and are there a lot of data e.g users name, services, products, items, streets, locations and all that stuffs. I watched videos on the routing but the problem is that each of them already know what the page name will be so they easily create the re-route part.

use sessions to keep track of your user data so u can tweak ur url the way u will.
