I had to free myself from the shackles of MTN after I found out I started subscribing twice a month. Now I do airtel double data offer and with #2000 I get 7gb which last me comfortably. it's three days to go and I still have over 2gb remaining despite all my streaming. I even streamed the champions league final 5 Likes |

Romance / Why This Sudden Increase of Hook Ups By Girls? by ThatIgboBoy: 1:03pm On Jan 05, 2018 |
for some time now, this has left me bewildered. you visit social apps like tinder, wechat, badoo and instachat and u see tonnes of pretty girls. surprisingly they all want to hook up. Even those their bio says otherwise are masquerading to look innocent. you see pretty decent girls and once mention hook up and agree a price they just give out their phone numbers. Fine girls that are people's girlfriends oo. what could be attributed to the rise of this? is it that it is fun? or adventurous to ladies? Thank God I don't have a sister and I pray he dosent give me a daughter sef. I can't imagine how I will feel if I stumble on my sisters pic on such sites looking for hook ups. I will feel bad. please ladies, take it easy. This is not for bashing. it is for your own good. better learn a handwork than to be expecting money via paid sex. please am making this appeal on behalf of the decent guys out there before we marry a lady with a high body count 5 Likes |

Culture / What Is This Okwukwu Culture In Igboland? by ThatIgboBoy: 8:25am On Nov 19, 2017 |
I need an advice from the Igbo elders here. I need an explanation on an omenala they call okwukwu in mbaise. I learnt it is also applicable in the whole Igbo land. I lost my dad almost six years ago. I and my elder bro were just finishing nysc and still jobless then. so our uncles helped us in burying our dad. last month I lost my grandma. That is when this tradition reared up. we have been getting calls that in our tradition, we bury our fathers with cow and unless we do that, we cannot participate in my grandma mothers burial like buying a cow for her or even eating cow meat. They said my dad killed a cow for his father and I remember seeing him do that even though I was about 6 then and that I can't be involved in doing anything for my grandma till I kill a cow for my dad. Failure to do so has it's consequences. It's been confusing. So I will appreciate any explanations on this culture and it's relevance in this day and age lalasticlala, you can also help out here. we all wanna learn |
Programming / Which Highly Appreciated IT Course Can I Do? by ThatIgboBoy: 11:49am On Oct 25, 2017 |
hey guys, I need your suggestions. I am a microbiologist and I work in a pharmaceutical company. I have always loved to be involved in IT. I did a program at NIIT on Solaris and Oracle database administration. I actually did well in the course of the program. I have written my SQL certification examination. remaining my OCA and OCP. that was far back in 2010 during my nysc. paucity of funds made it impossible for me to write those two. After Nysc, I started job hunting and couldn't get an IT related job. also it seems most companies don't make use of oracle the way we were told during training. over the years, I have actually forgotten all I learnt due to non practice. I work in a pharmaceutical company now but I still want to go back to IT. should I do a refresher course and finish my certification exams on oracle seeing that I have the funds now. Or is there a more appreciated IT course you can suggest for me to do now. help a brother outta this dilenma |
