It actually isn't secret trial, witness protection (WITSEC) is a standard procedure in highbrow litigations.

I'm sure Dasuki's trial will still be open. Only the witness' attestation will be in secret so as to protect the witness.

when you are placed in efcc or DSS custody you cannot be cuffed. but not when you are being brought out of a black maria.

dasuki, bello haliru, salisu and others appeared in court from efcc and/or DSS custody not prisons.

its standard protocol for all "prisoners". remember he was the one that went to court and was temporarily remanded in prison pending his bail application hearing.

when he, (metuh) was with the efcc, was he cuffed?? No.

but that's not the case with the prison service. even if its obj or ibb or gej, that fellow will be cuffed upon leaving the prison.

Who knows if they know how to get aid for this sort of place? And this would hardly be a one day or even 6 months' job, it would take a few years.

Hmmm private funding... No body can invest in that place because it'll demand millions of dollars to get back up and running. Only maybe a consortium or International aid body can try such.

I guess for now you and your friends will have to make do with Obudu and other nature parks and reserves around.

Fellow Forester (Asogbo), had my industrial Training there in 2012, I strongly concur with you, I think the major problem is that is because it is been run by the Ogun State government, just exploiting the reserve, with lesser funding and regeneration activities. I actually learnt felling and logging process then. I guess you are from FUNAAB.
