Good morning everyone, please those with experience on this, how long does it take to get a decision email from UKVI after you get this email - "The status of your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) number which was issued to you to support your visa application has now been updated to ‘Used’ by the UK Home Office, which means that your visa application is being processed and you should receive a decision from UKVI very shortly.". (I paid for priority)

I got same mail yesterday.

Please is it possible to get the walk in service at VI. The closest date I’m getting is 11th and that’s a few days to my resumption date��

You may be needing one more day. If your funds are in the account from December 7. Your 28 days start counting from 8th and will be complete with end date at 5th. Your closing balance is usually the day before the end date, and that’s 4th the 28th day. I had this issue too. You can call the school rep to find out if she can assist.

I think its safe, explain to them in the mail that it remains 1 day, shebi their own is to issue CAS, by the time you are applying for visa you wont have this issue. It better to take the risk(its a safe risk) than to assume they would decline.

Please gurus in the house I need your assistance. My school Teesside vacates for the year on dec 18 and the deadline for submitting proof of funds is Dec 16 but my 28 days will be complete on December 17 and any proof not submitted by 16 will have to wait till next year for the candidate to resume, probably February. Is it safe to give 28 days statement even though the proof on the 1st day will be insufficient. I’m doing this to join the session in January 18. Please assist

Congratulations, did siegen send admission letter to you by mail or it was on your portal. Mine is still showing application status: received

Mine is showing valid, I haven’t even seen received. I’m hoping there’s no cause for alarm. I saw that the status on the management portal changed to valid but that has been it since April
