KemBee86: Hi everyone, I have a funny question to ask...lol. Is it possible to know if your visa was granted base on the package? I heard if the spousal visa is given, the package won't be flat because some books welcoming you to Uk and showing destination places will be added, so it won't just be ur passport and TB cert. How true is this? Lol...all documents collected from u at the tls Centre will be sent back to ur sponsor with the pre paid envelope... My package was as light as a piece of paper... It was just my passport, my tb test result,an addressed paper ( where they tell u how to go about collecting ur brp) that was sent to me... Still waiting for ur good news...don't panic yet ohk... |

I submitted my university degree certificate and my transcript.. Don't be scared..it can't be that bad at all... |

Portsmouth86: I know right even the priority applications are taking longer than usual
"Use of this Priority Visa service guarantees that your application will be placed at the front of the queue for processing ahead of others" is the statement for priority for Nigeria so does not specify a timescale, just that the applications are put ahead of standard applications
"The Settlement Priority Visa Service ensures that your application will be processed at the front of the queue. We aim to process Settlement Priority Visas within 15 working days from the date of your appointment at the UK Visa Application Centre" this is the statement from the priority service for Tunisian priority applications.
So the UKVI have covered themselves with this wording, as someone pointed out to me the other day |

jangolo: There is no need to explain much tbh, they already have in their records the reason why you got rejected. But include a copy of the rejection letter when applying. Thanks alot...but do u think they would expect me to explain the reasons y I had that issue with my account or they wouldn't bother since it's spouse visa now and I'm not the sponsor |

Hi guys, Please I need to ask a question... I was refused twice last year June for visitors visa due to a misunderstanding in my financial statements... Now I'm applying for spouse visa and I put the reason y I was refused as financial issues... My question now is ; should I leave it as I wrote in that slot or explain further in additional documents slot and what would I explain... Thank u |
