Your first application under EU regulations was that as an unmarried parter? Or as an EEA?

Apart from that you basically need to seriously show some ground breaking evidence to back your current marriage up and also have a good reason why you would want to live in UK rather than your home country.

The child on the way is good .. I will advise doing a DNA to also back paternity claims for the hearing.

You previous marriage to an EU national has all the signs of a sham marriage but it can only be proven by facts. However I am not sure if their claim of unlawful residence stands becuase marriage to a union citizen automatically makes you a legal residence if that union citizen is excersing treaty rights. If they are not , you loose that automatic right of legal residence.

It is not as bad as it looks on paper if you put everything g together but you Need a good solicitor with all round knowledge of uk and Eu immigration law.

All the best

Has advised earlier, this your matter get very bad K leg. You need a good immigration lawyer that really knows thier onions.
You have complicated this matter, so badly. And it can be perceived has you trying to circumvent the immigration process (circumventing is deemed has a blatant disregard to immigration laws and rules)
Goodluck.
NB: Hopefully you have a huge legal fund

Hello everyone,
I hope you are all having a splendid weekend, I need help!
I applied first week in December and last week Monday I contacted ukvi via email with regards to the status of my application and I was replied that decision has been made.
Till now I haven't gotten a decision mail from Sheffield and Teleperfprmance hasn't even ticked the decision made button.
So Wat do I do next?? It's already 12 weeks

Hello KemBee, did your spouse in the UK attend an interview? If yes, when? If they did, perhaps decision might have been made on the said day. However it seems the automated email can't be relied upon, as quite a good number of people here have had the experience of getting like automated response. Be patient for another week.

Thanks a lot, no...my spouse wasn't asked for an interview. My spouse was already interviewed in our previous application that was refused and it was recent, am sure that's why they didn't ask for interview

So I contacted the HO about my BRP.

This is the response.

Thank you for your enquiry.

You will not require a BRP as your visa is valid until XX XXXXXXX XXXXXX

Accordingly, you should use the Entry Clearance vignette you have been issued in your passport to enter the UK and evidence of your right to be here.
You will not receive a BRP.
Please do not reply to this e-mail.

Thank you

It was introduced newly I guess.

this is true, however when you apply for FLR you will then get issued a BRP instead of the visa being put in the passport smiley

Hi guys, I have a question regarding spousal sponsorship.

I should be inviting my fiancé over ( hopefully husband by then) in the nearest future.
My situation is such that I will be moving in with my mum (she lives alone and has a three bedroom house) and she's currently responsible for the payment of all the bills.
I intend taking up some bills when I move in with her.
Would it suffice to present my mother's house as proof of my accommodation with her being the sole owner /mortgage payer ?

Although, I will be responsible for the payment of only a few utilities. She will still be responsible for a majority of the bills. Would that in anyway affect the chances of my eligibility for sponsorship.

I will be earning just about the threshold salary requirement, so I have that bit covered.

There isn't any problems , you will need bills in your name or atleast in joint name. See if she can add you to the council tax bill as I presume you have no tenancy agreement? .
She needs to write a letter confirming you live there, and that your wife/fiancé can also live there without your living terms affected.
The. Get the property inspection report done as you are house sharing , this will be a requirement to check there isn't any overcrowding .

Hi Guys,

Thank you for your response it was really helpful. I got married recently and have not done change of name (I do not plan of doing one to be honest).

Please advise;

1) Am about registering for the IELTS LifeSkills A1 to apply for my spouse visa but my passport carriers my old name.

2) Am I in a dilemma whether or not I should choose a miss or mrs title for my registration.

3) If I choose miss to tally with my passport will it affect my certificate in anyway ? If I choose Mrs my husband surname is not on my passport.

4) Will the absence of change of name affect my documentation in any way?

Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Your question has been answered, over, over, over and over on this thread, read through!!!
Your Nigerian account balance can read N0.00, your sponsors account and wages is the clincher!!!!
