It's just so disheartening seeing grown adults attacking each other every time all in the name of Tribalism. It's obvious there are lots of people here impersonating another tribe and intentionally fueling feud among the tribe. I actually don't take most of your trolls to heart but my concern are the young lads who are too young to identify fools. You can't be filling their hearts with these so much hatred and expect a peaceful environment.

The young lads will take over from where they stopped, that way the cycle continues

Some interviewers like to ask impractical questions...

Where do they even dig up such questions from!

They are questions used to analyze a prospective employee's problem solving skills

You no wise at all...you will chase the bird...

The answer to that question is simple....
You will pour out grains to distract the fighting bird and you will support the struggling boy by providing psychological help... material or financial
Use the second question to answer the first question

Thanks for the insult. I thought we could make points and suggest answers without belittling others

Jobs/Vacancies / My Interview Experience by The6thAustralia: 9:19am On May 04
Last week Friday, I went out in high spirit hoping to get an interview right. It appears no matter how hard you read and prepare for interviews, there are still some questions that'll shake you.
I was asked if I saw two birds fighting in front of my house how do I solve that in relation to the story of a young boy struggling to make sense of a difficult world?.
I stretched my neck forwards with a "sir?". Not that I didn't hear him, but It was hard to add the sentence all up.

The Oga repeated the question but this time slowly, "if you saw two birds fighting in front of your door how can you solve it in relation to the story of a young boy struggling to make sense of a difficult world"?

The question threw me off balance so I said I will chase the birds away so that they can stop fighting. In a split second I realized that was a funny short response.
Maybe I should have said I would go inside and bring some milet for the fighting birds. That would have even sounded more stupid.

In the question, there were two dominant VERBs or action which was "fighting" and "struggling". I should have centered my response on solving those two as a problem.
I suppose the birds were just a pseudonym for children.

When I left, I was so unsettled and worried that I should have nailed the interview and got the job because I really needed it.

While I was in the vehicle on my way home, I thought about checking up the question on Google to understand if I could have answered it better. Nothing like that was on there. But guess what, a young secondary school boy while trying to alight from the Taxi with his bag hit my phone and it feel face down.

It was a mistake and it could have fallen from my hand too. One must learn to over look and move on. I didn't want to hold him for the damage. I felt that's the best way I could have handled the issue.
Oh by the way, It was a job interview at an orphanage home.

Crime / Policeman Shoots Driver, Kills Painter Over 20k bribe (2012) by The6thAustralia: 11:20pm On Feb 25
19th March, 2012

An unidentified police sergeant attached to Area ‘C’ Police Command, Iponri, Surulere, Lagos, allegedly went beserk and shot a truck driver on his left hand and a stray bullet he fired killed another person while he was making efforts to escape from the scene of the incident to avoid being lynched by an angry mob.

An eyewitness told P.M.NEWS that trouble started when the cop with about five others who were operating in a (danfo) commuter bus blocked the truck with a Lagos registration number RV538 EKY driven by Saheed Mufutau. The incident occurred at Jimoh Odutola Street, by PHCN office, Surulere, Lagos on Friday.

According to the source, the policeman, after checking the truck’s particulars and they were up to date, demanded for a N20,000 bribe which the driver pleaded he could not afford because he was in the area to off-load empty containers.
