Yes NSW will not even approve your nomination application. You should have a valid English test that still has at least 3 months before submitting an application[/quo

Thank you. Clear enough

Thanks for your responses.

For item 3, i got 10years of experience on my assessment. During filing the EOI, the highest available was "minimum of 8years and above" sort of....giving 10points. I thought i got the highest on this. Is there anything i am missing?

Pe job offer for my , do you have some pointers?

NB1912:

1. You are not eligible for 190 with 55 points. You need a minimum of 65 points to be eligible.

2. Professional years is for those that studied in Australia. I am guessing you are not in Australia as you would have known this.

3. Get more years of work experience.

4. Each state has it's own requirement. While some states might have additional requirements such as increased years of work experience, higher English score or submitting a separate ROI, other states might have no additional requirement. You would have to research each states requirement. It's hard to say if 65 points is good enough to receive an invite. The higher your score the better your chances. I would recommend you create an EOI for each state that has your occupation on their list. You can target NSW, VIC, SA, WA, QLD and ACT.

5. Regarding 190 & 491, some states will mention the date of their next invite round while others won't. Again, you would have to look into each states requirement.

Your responsesare appreciated.
Wondering how using a different (even by mistake) will affect points as against visa filing...i will like clarification on this. Perhaps you forgot to add the image, could ypu check and reattach?

On job offer as another ways to increase points, do you have any reference for one to explore?may some links that you know that are not in the "public".

tunlex01:

Congratulations on your positive result.
Please ensure you stick to the date approved in your result letter (see image below) to avoid overclaiming points.
1. 190 usually has more invites but they are mostly issued to priority occupations applications both offshore and onshore in these fields -health, teaching and construction related as well as onshore applicants in other fields.

2. THis is for onshore applicants who studied a computer science related course in Australia. They can do professional year to claim extra points.

3.All the ways to increase points are listed in the anzscosearch page or immi website on the points calculator. Those are the only ways to increase points.

4. Sincerely, 65 is not a good score for 135112 or any ACS occupation but who knows, miracles do happen.

5. 189 draw has not happened in a long time. IT used to be every month. For state nomination, they usually work with the allocated quota. if it's a lot, they tend to do more nomination but if it's not much, they do less nominations and issue nomination on a need-basis.
Also, July to December are usually a good time for nomination cos Australia FY starts every July.

Please check carefully that your role is a marketing (back-end) role and not customer facing or sales to avoid negative assessment
https://www.vetassess.com.au/check-my-occupation/professional-occupations/marketing-specialist#qualification-criteria

Your experience will only count from Nov 2022 (MBA date) because Bsc from NOUN or HND is categorised as Associate degree and not at Bachelor's level. You will still have to provide the ND, HND, Bsc and MBA transcripts and certificates.

Best of luck.

Good evening everyone
Please is there any registered migrant agent in Nigeria to assist with the process?

I can’t seem to find any roles on the skilled migration list that fits into what I currently do.

I’ve worked in sales for a little over 3 years, in two financial institutions as a relationship officer.

Please any assistance will be highly appreciated.
I can also share my JD’s incase anyone has any ideas of what roles would be best fit.

Thank you.

IF you work in Sales in a bank at the branch level (marketer like it's fondly called), then your occupation is no longer on the Australian occupation list. You can explore other visa options/country

TRA is a minimum of 12 weeks before you start to worry.

Good day @Tunlexo1 and @Belong

I have finally received my TRA assessment as successful after 8-9 months of waiting.

Kindly advise on this, the letter did not state my years of experience. With this how do I know the number of years of experience and claim as points?

I'm writing my PTE next Month and log an EOI.

Regards

Good morning all. I need some advice regarding what to do. I received an S56 email this morning for NSW 491 visa as an agricultural consultant. I have previously provided my proof of employment attached to my application. Payslips, employment letter, etc. Now I am being asked to provide a bank statement showing the salary received for my 3 years of employment claimed. I do not have this. I would I go about this.

Didn't you provide third-party document such as Tax clearance certificate for those 3 years of employment claimed? Your Tax clearance for each year should match the annual salary on your Payslip.

I have 2 years of experience working at a stock exchange
18 months of experience in the bank (Corporate Banking)
Most recently, I started working in a FinTech in March.

I can share my Job Description for these experiences for you to have a look at, if that's okay with you.

Those points are not the usual EOI points but ACT Matrix points which is totally different from SkillSelect EOI.

The MSA letter does show that. You need to sign up for MPA (Migration Points Advice) if you want it, although it’s not compulsory.
Claim points as long as you have documents for especially 3rd party documents
