Just do your research here, search for building materials, it will aid you on where to focus on. But, in all, you will need to acquire physical training from those guys dealing in it, to fully understand what it takes.

Those guys in deidei are making money. And, you must not even set your shop in deidei, you can locate a good spot in a developing area and set it up. Since, Abuja it's one city they keep building houses everyday.
