The exchange rate and value of dollars in 2020 compared to naira isn't that same as 2024. Of course the dollar has gained multiple value against the naira between 2020 & 2024 (age).
Should an individual had acquired huge amount of dollars in 2020, and such an individual intends to convert the acquired dollars to naira in 2024, with the current exchange rate, that's surely gonna be a massive amount in naira, which means dollars has gained excess value between 2020 and 2024.
