Amberon11:
See your life? You see the truth and sweep it under the rug. Do you know how many Muslims on daily basis stroll into the religious section and deride Christianity and Christians in general?

By the bolded do you confirm that Muslims are violent in nature and that Islam is not a peaceful religion? Do Muslims have monopoly of violence? Gosh! Do you know how many times christian threads have either mistakenly or dubiously been sent to the Islamic section such that even the poster of those threads were unable to make further comments unless they swore to the oath?

I'm sure God/Jesus must be proud of how much time you spend on nairaland insulting Muslims and putting up Islamophobic comments. The screenshots below are just a few of the plethora of comments you've posted here. Doesn't your religion teach you to love your neighbour and if he slaps you to turn the other cheek? So why the urge to retaliate and pour out your disdain on Islamic threads? The texts you bolded from my comment are facts to underscore the reason why people like you should not be allowed to comment on Islamic threads because your comments, like the ones below, may very well lead to disastrous consequences for innocent Christians like yourself.

Why don't you find something better to do with your time, like read your Bible or go to preach to people and win souls as your God wants you to, rather than crying here on nairaland and looking for a means to start an e-religious war that could get ugly.

Religion / Re: BEWARE! I Think Nairaland Is Antichristian by TheControversy: 5:34pm On Oct 26, 2017
Seun doesn't want to start a religious war which might spill into the real world. What do you think would happen if you could simply walk into the Islamic section and throw curses at their religion? On a normal day if you walked up to a gang of Muslim youths and insulted their prophet Mohammed, do you think you'd leave there alive? Even if you miraculously escape, what about other Christians living around them? Seun and the mods aren't being partial, they are using common sense to understand the attitude of nairalanders and "keep the peace".
Besides what's so special about commenting on the Islamic section? As long as you believe in your Christian God Yahweh/Jesus/ Jehovah or whatever He is known as in your denomination, why not mind your business and worship your God.

Romance / Re: Comparative Analysis Between Wives Of Today And Those Of Yesterday: by TheControversy: 1:07pm On Oct 25, 2017
Not all marriages of our parents generation were happily ever after. Many adults can attest to the broken homes they grew up in with their parents fighting over anything to the extent of making each other bleed. The only reason most of our parents stuck so long was because our moms were uneducated about alimony, didn't have a degree and were thus housewives or didn't have a means to subsist after a break up. Hence a woman going back to stay with her parents (because she had no other option) was considered a taboo. This generation is different and women will no longer be tied down to a defunct marriage especially when they are independent and can handle themselves which is fast becoming the norm. So let's drop this charade about past generations making better wives.

it's a silly thing to question God also. Is he the only one that have suffered such fate, was it God that caused the natural disaster, was it the devil? So why blaming God. Why can't the ICJ summon God and charge him into their court, you ppl will just idly wake up and start saying trash since you are jobless.
1. I expressly mentioned that thousands of others have died in natural disasters and unfortunately many more will die in more natural disasters to come Christians or otherwise. If you find it comforting to ask, "is he the only one to have suffered such fate" something has to be wrong with you.

2. Who made the earth? Wasn't it Jesus/God/God's son who calmed a storm while on a boat with his disciples, what's so hard in ridding the earth of natural disasters if he cares so much about humans? If you live in a house as a tenant with a ceiling that collapses incessantly and electrical outlets that spark up in flames injuring tenants and destroying your furniture, who would you blame, who should bear liability for the damages, whose responsibility is it to repair the house AND how soon do you expect the house to be repaired?

And 3 If God subjects himself to criminal prosecution at the ICC (International Criminal Court in charge of prosecuting criminals as opposed to the ICJ which only entertains state parties) , I doubt he'd go scot free not with all the atrocious acts he commanded the Israelites to commit, wiping out entire nations and insisting that pregnant women and male children be killed because of a "land flowing with milk and honey". That's called genocide and that's a war crime. You can read the Rome Statute of 1998 if you're not too busy reading trash in that fable book of yours.

Romance / Re: Can You Accept A Lady Who Dumped U As A Virgin, Came Back Disvirgined? by TheControversy: 6:58pm On Oct 17, 2017

To forgive is easy... only when we know that we too need it.

was it the hymen virginity u loved or d girl?

Get ya head out of her thighs..... and look into your heart to see y u once loved her whether is was just for sex or for her personality.... virginity is not personality

The question is what was she doing after you broke up that made her come back running. It's not her "disvirginity" you have to forgive but all the nasty things she must've done while you were apart. Can you sincerely forget about them especially when your friends who know her tell you about her sexcapades?

To forgive is divine & forgiveness is for the strong....

If a lady you really love dumped you as a virgin & later came begging for your love as a non-virgin; if you love her, forgive her & make her a queen again.
Treat her like which queen?

Not all women bleed during their first intercourse. In medieval times, newly-wedded brides who were virgins had to apply the blood of animals on their bedsheets to avoid creating doubts about their chastity if they did not bleed on their first night. So she could be telling the truth, MAYBE

The ways of God are not the ways of man. The thoughts of God are higher than the heavens and deeper than the earth.
That's a silly explanation for the emotional pain and suffering the man must be going through after losing his family. How should the fact that at God is "mysterious" explain why thousands of people have died in natural disasters in just this year alone.
Foreign Affairs / Spanish Judge Orders The Detention Of Two Catalan Pro-independence Leaders by TheControversy: 4:17pm On Oct 17, 2017
A Spanish judge has jailed two key members of the Catalan independence movement. Jordi Sánchez and Jordi Cuixart, who lead prominent separatist groups, are being held without bail while they are under investigation for sedition. The men were leading figures in the 1 October independence vote, which the Madrid government regards as illegal.

A protest over the detentions has begun in Barcelona and other demonstrations across Catalonia are expected later. Mr Sánchez, who heads the Catalan National Assembly (ANC), a pro-independence organisation, and Mr Cuixart, leader of Omnium Cultural, appeared before the High Court in Madrid on Monday.
They are being investigated over a protest on 20 September in which a crowd blocked Civil Guard officers inside a building in Barcelona, Catalonia's regional capital.

Health / 10 Facts You Probably Didn't Know About Mosquitoes by TheControversy: 12:00am On Oct 16, 2017
1. MOSQUITOES ARE THE DEADLIEST ANIMALS ON EARTH
Take that, shark week!
More deaths are associated with mosquitoes than any other animal on the planet. Mosquitoes may carry any number of deadly diseases, including malaria, dengue fever, yellow fever, and encephalitis. Mosquitoes also carry heartworm which can be lethal to your dog.

2. ONLY FEMALE MOSQUITOES BITE HUMANS AND ANIMALS; MALES FEED ON FLOWER NECTAR
Mosquitoes mean nothing personal when they take your blood. Female mosquitoes need protein for their eggs, and must take a blood meal in order to reproduce. Since males don't bear the burden of producing young, they'll avoid you completely and head for the flowers instead. And when not trying to produce eggs, females are happy to stick to nectar, too.

3. SOME MOSQUITOES AVOID BITING HUMANS ALTOGETHER
Not all mosquito species feed on people. Some mosquitoes specialize on other animals, and are no bother to us at all.
Culiseta melanura , for example, bites birds almost exclusively, and rarely bites humans.
Another mosquito species, Uranotaenia sapphirina , is known to feed on reptiles and amphibians.

4. MOSQUITOES ARE SLOW FLIERS
Mosquitoes average a flight speed of 1 to 1.5 miles per hour. That might sound fast, but they're not setting any insect speed records. If a race were held between all the flying insects, nearly every other contestant would beat the pokey mosquito.
Butterflies, locusts, and honey bees would all finish well ahead of the skeeter.

5. A MOSQUITO'S WINGS BEAT 300-600 TIMES
PER SECOND

This would explain that irritating buzzing sound you hear just before a mosquito lands on you and bites.

6. MOSQUITO MATES SYNCHRONIZE THEIR WING BEATS TO PERFORM A LOVER'S DUET
Scientists once thought that only male mosquitoes could hear the wing beats of their potential mates, but recent research on Aedes aegypti mosquitoes proved females listen for lovers, too. When the male and female meet, their buzzing synchronizes to the same speed.

7. SALT MARSH MOSQUITOES MAY LIVE AS FAR AS 100 MILES FROM WHERE THEY Hatched
Most mosquitoes emerge from their watery breeding ground and stay pretty close to home. But some, like the salt marsh mosquitoes, will fly lengthy distances to find a suitable place to live, with all the nectar and blood they could want to drink.

8. ALL MOSQUITOES REQUIRE WATER TO BREED—BUT NOT MUCH WATER
Just a few inches of water is all it takes for a female to deposit her eggs. Tiny mosquito larva develop quickly in bird baths, roof gutters, and old tires dumped in vacant lots. Some species can breed in puddles left after a rainstorm. If you want to keep mosquitoes under control around your home, you need to be vigilant about dumping any standing water every few days.

9. AN ADULT MOSQUITO MAY LIVE 5-6 MONTHS
Few probably make it that long, given our tendency to slap them silly when they land on us. But in the right circumstances, an adult mosquito has quite a long life expectancy, as bugs go.

10. MOSQUITOES CAN DETECT CARBON DIOXIDE FROM 75 FEET AWAY
Carbon dioxide, which humans and other animals produce, is the key signal to mosquitoes that a potential blood meal is near. They've developed a keen sensitivity to CO2 in the air. Once a female senses CO2 in the vicinity, she flies back and forth through the CO2 plume until she locates her victim.
