About this issue, I called 400, Glo's 4g customer service line like someone here suggested and my 4g was activated this evening. If you have issues with 4g reception I advice you call the line too.

Help please. I was using a Glo 4g sim previously on my rn7 for bonus data which unfortunately expired after 3 months. I got a new 4g sim and I have been unable to receive 4g network despite still being in the same area. Has anyone experienced this? How did you solve yours?
