I believe you are educated enough. From Tinubus speeches and antecedents does he look like someone that didn't go to school? Are you in doubt about his educational qualifications? Can an illiterate in Nigeria lead an opposition to hijack power from a PhD president in power like Tinubu did? Can he control Lagos like he did? Be a leader to SANs like Fashola, Osibanjo and so on. Have the loyalty of a sound Ishiomhole? I don't need to see Tinubus certificate to know he is over-qualified for the office. Even a whole Prof Soludo, former CBN gov respected him.
