Was he Governor of Osun State ? It's one thing to have money, it's another to have vision to manage it. Lagos is what it is due to a combination of money and vision. Nigeria was rich at a time but with visionless leaders like Gowon who said how to spend money was Nigeria's problem. Tinubu spends money on visionary projects hence my support for him.
