jedisco: You're making a simple process very confusing.
This way you're using is the lay mans way of buying and I guess you'd pay a premium on both. Seems it's on the lite version which simplifies the whole process of placing bids for newbies. What you're doing is like going to a market, and giving someone your list (binance here) to buy your items for you.
The price of betece is not fixed and fluctuates second to second. To get the real price, search the ngn/btz pair and you'd see the current market price at that point (like I said, this price is not fixed but an equilibrium between buyers and sellers across all currencies, across all exchanges all over the world). The market price you see on the ngn pair is the cheapest youd get it on binance at that point in time.
To add, binance is an exchange like a market place. So if you're not happy with the current price or you think the price would drop further, you can place your bids lower. When you go there, you'd see alot of bids placed above and below the market price.
I hope this settles your query I personally think most people should ask these questions first before they even venture into trying to t rd on these x changes else They would end up losing majority of their cap to fees |

Ryan03: We are all shouting endsars up and down, killing policemen and burning stations. After all these, when everywhere is calm, nothing will change, little by little, things will go back to the way they were. Things have to be put in place for the reform to be effective else it's all going to be wasted efforts 1: ALLOCATION FOR FUEL AND REPAIR OF VEHICLES: It's a sad thing to note that patrol Vans are given to divisions but no fuel and no allowance for repairs. Lol, what does that mean? You are simply asking them to source for funds to do these things. Will the money come from their pockets?
2: TAXING OF DIVISIONS AND BUYING OF CASE FILES: In all divisions and police formations, the personnel's there are to pay for the running of the station such as fueling of station generator, generating find taxes to stations which is taken to state headquarters etc. Also case files are not being provided, it is sold to divisions by the headquarter so how do you expect IPOs to give it out for free?
3: RETURNS: This is a common term in the police force. It means money generated from road, bail etc and is remmitted to the DPO of the division. The DPO have a monthly Target to the CP, he must meet up monthly. The CP will them remit to those above him and the circle continues.
Let's forget about increment of salary for now, if these things are not taken care of, increment is useless. Will the police men use the increased salary to remit as return? The IGP and all senior officers should stop being hypocrites and tell the citizens the truth. If they are not scared, why not allow the rank and file to protest? Why not allow them speak to the press? If they are caught doing any of this, they will face dismissal, you keep threatening them with dismissal and mutiny. At the end of the day, you sacrifice them as scapegoats to the citizens.
We have bad policemen, but if these things are put in place, alot of them aren't bad at all. They are simply doing the job you sent them.
So many thing I want to talk about but will write more later. Let's face this for now Got banned on the thread temporarily; the only charges I ever pay are withdrawal charges, I buy using the buy order option and I set it for a limit order to buy at a set price usually a few kobo or hundreds below market price or higher than depending on how fast I want my order to get filled up, I however don’t pay a penny for this. PM me your WhatsApp number and I can show you how it’s done... if you buy straight off the express buy option you end up paying thousands in fees and if you order at market price you pay a %, so best to buy using the limit order option it’s free This is in relation to your question about buying on Luno... |

jedisco: I'd add that this is a bull amrket and it's very easy to trade it.
I got into aave when it broke its previous ATH at 95 and it's doubled...
Look for coins less talked about that are about to or just broke their ATH... In current market conditions, they'd likely double or triple once they do that.
Link for example had done that and currently consolidating above 20... Ive been in it since 9.5. usually, I wouldn't advise anyone to buy a coin that has done 11% in a day or 40% in a week... But on link now, dips are for buying... I wouldn't be shocked it gets to 50-60 in a short time.
For pdot, I suspect it's getting to a local top... I used links last run as a guide as ut seems to be following that... Anything from 19, I'd be taking profits and wait for a dip or switch to eithy..
Fact is eithy would outperform all altys in the long run... That's what most folks forget and are carried away with fast pumps Ethy has been pretty impressive in the past 16 months, I started with Ethy when it was just above 70k |

jedisco: I buy low, when I'm relatively sure there's been a shift in market trend... And let it ride till I sense a run is becoming exhausted... That way I'm not to concerned about daily fluctuations.
I've noticed a good number of folks who trade daily end up buyind tge top and selling the bottom
In the last run, I held link from below 4 to 13... That was tripple.
This run has been more delightful.. I got into pdot around 4.5 and I'm still in it.. added at 9.5
I'm targeting 19-20 to take most off tge table... I would keep some in fiat and swithch the reat to eithy...
The boss will run and I dont want to miss it I swear it has been a truly amazing run, and if you got in at 4.5, it means you were one of few that saw the light cuz a lot of folks jumped off around that time... And nothing is more delightful than making triple your money by yourself with so much as no stress at all... Those guys at buy daily at the top only do so because they notice an upward trend and want to jump on the wagon, once they do and the price flunctuates they panic and dump immediately, and then when they see it’s rising and they jump back on. They need to set targets, if I have 100k and my target for today is 3%, once I make 103k I am out till it drops below the price I initially bought in at or till very early the next morning btw 3-6, and then I monitor or set price alerts for when it hits my next target, I always try to stay within 1-3% daily, even for my losses |

Ryan03: how long do you hodl and what is the highest profit you've made? I trade heavy, but if you’re asking what the highest profit I’ve made this year, I bought 3 btc at 15.8 for around 47m, sold a few hours later for 49m, I wasn’t even riding the mighty wave... Just before the end of the year I made way more, I had gotten 20m worth of BTC in September 22 to be precise at just over $10k per BTC and I sold on Jan 2 at $33k per btc, practically tripled my investment. I also hold an offline wallet so it’s easy for me to save my coins, I’ve been trading for years as I stated... This was my last massive profit, lately I’ve just been cruising, I’ve already made my target for the year 2021 to be honest I tripled my investment a week ago, I’m just in cruise control currently, exploring other coins, my new favorite is Polkadot on Binance |

jedisco: Hmmm... If it's profitable for you, then no probs...
Stats say that most 'traders' moreso low tike frame traders loose money.. To day trade successfully, one had to master the art. Most newbies may not be able to.
I trade more on the higher time frames as I believe that's where all the money is made or lost Oh yeah it’s been extremely profitable for me because I hardly lose, whenever the tide is low, I liquidate and when there is any slight spike I trade regardless how small a spike it is, I make an average of 0.5% daily and it has greatly boosted my portfolio... Reduces risk of panic sale |

Ayomicome: Afternoon, I understand that you using a huge amount to do this, i want to follow in ur footsteps... Will it be possible with about 100k considering the charges? Thanks With 100k I’d advise you do Ripple, for instance, at 6am this morning it was just around 134 per XRP, I bought in at 135, and just sold a few mins ago at 142.70. If you had done same at that price you’d have had 740.7 XRP and if you sold at around 142 just 5 hours later you’d have had 105k. I trade daily and set targets for myself once I hit my target I sell and wait till it drops to a price I’m comfortable buying at again, you can then chose to use your 105k to buy back in at 136 and set another limit order to sell at 142 or even 140, and be gaining your 1% small small by the end of the month you’d gained over 20% and that’s not including days where there will be huge spikes in the price, if you are patient and diligent with it... As regards fees, I set limit orders and I buy straight off the exchange by predicting a median price that I'm comfortable buying at, so when it falls to that price my order fills up... when there’s a spike or a trend and I feel I’m at a point where I’m comfortable I set a low price order to sell, for example when ripple hit 142 this afternoon the lowest sell order on the Luno order book was 142.90, I set mine to sell at 142.70 so my order got filled up quickly and I didn’t pay a cent in charges. Luno is easy to manipulate if you know what you’re doing, it’s when you do express buy or at market rate they charge you heavy Also try to monitor other coins, there’s times where LTC is the strong point and you’d need to buy in and cash in on it within an hour and switch to other coins. |
