I was just telling someone the other day that free education for my kids is the last reason, if at all, i will relocate to US, Canada or UK.

If they are not injecting their bodies with bullets from mass shootings, they are injecting their minds with mass psychosis and other sick things.

A. A toilet cleaner will never queue for fuel.
B. A toilet cleaner is less likely to be kidnapped in those countries
C. A toilet cleaner has 24/7 electricity.
D. A toilet cleaner has access to excellent Medicare.
E. A toilet cleaner is less likely exposed to armed robbers
F. A toilet cleaner eats better food and fruits than your bank manager.
G A toilet cleaner has access to good amenities
H. A toilet cleaner may have his children schooling for free in primary and high school
I. A toilet cleaner has a longer live expectancy than your bank manager in Nigeria.

Apart from "B" maybe, I live better than that toilet cleaner in “the abroad”. Plus I have my self esteem in tact because I am maximizing my gifts and talents. I am not living less than myself, just because I am looking for food to eat. I am not feeling less than myself just because of my skin color. I am not worried about my children being shot by a mass shooter or being injected with warped values in the name of free education. I can go on and on. But each to His own.

My fellow nairalanders, I seriously need help with my younger brother. He has practically gone mad due to substance abuse. He takes weed like water and not only that, he also takes ice (mkpulu mmili).

We are tired of talking. Even our village vigilante had arrested him and beaten him in the past yet nothing changed.

He no longer behaves normal. He doesn't bath. He no longer does his mechanic work (which he was very good at). He now chases customers away.

Please does anyone know anything that can be done about it? I have thought of taking him to a rehabilitation centre but there is none that I know of. Meanwhile he's in Enugu in case anybody wants to make a suggestion.

I need recommendations please, aside prayers because we have been praying about it already.

It is more realistic for federal road safety to educate people on how to transport petroleum products safely. And also maybe provide for a maximum allowable amount.

Not in a country where most homes and offices depend on generators. Or where travellers are not sure if or where they would find fuel during their journey.

I don’t understand. Are they saying I can’t go and buy fuel for my generator with four or five 25 litre kegs, like I normally do?

Surely that cannot work in a country where the citizens are partly responsible for supplying their own electricity.
