The ignorance in Nigeria is alarming, imagine EFCC has convinced SUSPECTS to hold placards showing OFFENCES that has not been proven in a COURT of LAW.

The problem is not even the EFCC doing this, the problem is the people they victimize not knowing it is wrong and the public (who would be future victims) ignoring it. In a sane country if you present someone as guilty before a court case your case will be trashed out because of bias.

If you have read of the "trail of the century" between the state and OJ Simpsons, the state lost the case just because the police men who arrived the crime scene were racists and there were taped conversation of them using racial slurs how much more if you represented a suspect as guilty when the person has not been declared guilty in a competent court of law? You should have no case because the defence will argue that you have prejudice towards the suspect and probably manipulated the evidence.

We need to know our rights in this country, these people will never be seen as innocent in public ever again even if they are proven innocent in a court of law, this is a social media trial filled with prejudice just to show that "EFCC is working".

I have doubts about this video. Who released it to the public? Why was the camera focused on him and following him as he moved around? This video is about someone being filmed as if he was deliberately been watched out for. A CCTV camera usually covers a fixed area and captures only what is within that area.

Sometimes I read things like this on nairaland and I'm surprised this kind of reasoning exist. There were different cameras positioned at different places, did you even listen to the audio? One of audio voices told the guy checking the videos to also check the cameras outside that they should have a better view of him. Next time take your time before reacting.
