I think gbadexy posted some short video of the completed part some days back. I bought silk for internal and Matt for external, different colors for different rooms and each rooms has two colors.
Like 3 or 4 colors for external, all colors were choosed by my Engr. and my Engr. worked together with gbadexy during the production to ensure that they are on same page. My Engr and the painter were very satisfied with his paint.
NOTE: How I wish all vendors/contractors on this forum can be like gbadexy, he is after his reputation than the money he wants to make from the sales of his paint so he does everything possible to satisfy you.

Baba Egunmogaji used Regal Paint produced by our able Gbadesky. I followed the suit and I bought paint from him as well. The painting of my house is ongoing and nearly completion. I can tell you categorically that Gbadexy paint is a top notch and very good quality just like Dulux. Gbadexy as a person is a very nice and honest man, kindly patronize him and you will never regret it.

I think it's okay. I stayed in a hotel in Ikeja once and had the best sleep of my life there. I need to return there to get the name of the mattress and pillow.

Thank you sir, and please can you recommend the vitafoam based on the performance of your semi orthopedic. I currently use Mouka(not orthopedic) in all my rooms and they are very good but I am planning to switch to orthopedic for two rooms.

I use Vitafoam Semi Orthopaedic mattress. I've never used Mouka but used Teju which wasn't as good.

Please between Mouka and vitafoam orthopedic mattress which of them is better. Or any other maker that is better as well for Orthopedic that I can get in Lagos.

Tinubu square around central mosque is where you get high quality materials. But you have to take the materials to Yaba for them to design. But if you really want to see the ingenuity in curtain making, your best bet is Ariara market in Aba.

The person has to be very careful in dealing with Checkitout, he is a crook and fraudster. I still have my 380k with him since last year May. He failed to deliver goods for me and at the same time refused to return my money.

Hello house, please like how much can i budget for painting a standard 4 bedroom duplex using dulux paint. The house is already screeded

Same thing happened to my engineer on my recent project.

He dropped all Nigerians for Togolese/Beninoise because of non seriousness of Nigerians which my self can attestate to it. They were just doing I don’t with jobs

just recently, I was at a site of one engineer from here. It happened that he already changed his plastering team. The new guys are so good but unfortunately, they're togolese. I talked to him about it and he said his former team got lazy and nonchalant towards the job so he had to drop them. This is a team that is assured of new job every month but they couldn't keep up. Now some of the money will be leaving Nigeria for Togo monthly.

There's fire on the mountain in this country but we're not even aware yet

I think it depends on the quality of plastering you want. I used roughly 600bags for my 4 bedroom duplex with two units of 3 bedroom flats. The plastering was done by the Beninoise guys and the job was so perfect.
