It's sad that my reasoning irritates you. But it is mine.
My message has no intention of alleging that Tinubu want to remove the Senate president. The post has it the the presidency constituted a panel including the voice president to investigate the Senate president which i believe was ill advised because the Senate president is not answerable to the president.

I did support the action of the Senate president backing out of the investigation in my post not minding that it was constituted to exonerate him.

I also exposed that it is only the Senate that can investigate the petition by Natasha. She really owes no body explanation or any proof about the allegations she raised against akpabio but to the house committee responsible for hearing such case in the Senate since she is a member of the Senate. Akpabio has immunity against any external trials.

The president can not do anything about Akpabio. The worst he can do is to sponsor a revolt in the Senate. Even buhari with his majority APC senators could not handle Saraki.

The Senate has the power to tell the president to go home and rest if they institute an impeachment. But the president can not remove the Senate president.
The Senate president can only be removed by the Senate . So the only thing the president can do like Obasanjo did is to instruct the senators to impeach him. But Obasanjo has so much power being a former military head.
Tinubu can not offer the senators the benefits they are receiving from Akpabio.

Akpabio is the Senate president. He is not answerable to the president or the judiciary.
He is only answerable to the house. If the house finds him worthy, he has no case to answer.
If the Senate becomes reasonable enough, they would ask him to step down as Senate president so he can defend himself as a floor member of the house and not as the Senate president.
The implication is that if he is found guilty, there won't be another proceedings to impeach him. He looses his Senate president position and risks suspension and expulsion from the Senate like Patricia etteh of the house of reps.

As long as there is no ambitious senator to demand that he step down for investigation, he remains untouchable. Not even the president can do anything about it unless the president want to risk being impeached by Akpabio controlled National assembly.

If she is considering herself as an asset to be used used in testimony against Natasha, she should meet the legal team of the Senate president and negotiate her terms. If Natasha proves her case, this same woman would be held for false testimony under oath. Natasha wouldn't need to spend extra money and time chasing litigation against her. She would be made to pay damages for false testimony. But if Natasha fails to prove her case, we can go on and crucify her on an alter of delusion.

Akpabio wife can not sue her. It is the accused that can sue her. So her case will be dismissed.
If she wants explanation, she should ask her husband. If she already did and she believes him, she should ask him to sue her.
If any court would want to proceed with the case tendered by Akpabio wife, Akpabio himself will be dragged to testify. You know he wouldn't want that.
So the story to keep him in office at least for the next 2 years is to use distractors which is working out fine.

Only a petition by Akpabio and she would be in police custody. But then, the Senate president would have to attend court session when the case is charged to court and that would dent his immunity as Senate president. He won't risk that.

The only thing that is feasible is either assassination by planned accident or sponsored misinformation from her close friends to demoralize her.

Which ever it is, that she is walking free is a proof that she is innocent. That is what the world would see.
