Nigerian banks are becoming notorious everyday simply because they know that the customers can't prosecute them.

Mine was same access bank.
I received advice from CBN to write a letter to access bank to refund my money.
The branch I went to was telling me to go to my branch and submit it to them. Very rude and confused woman.
The customer care tried to plead with me that he has mailed fraud desk regarding the issue so I should withdraw the letter.
I took his advice and waited patiently for my money to be refunded. The smaller money in one of the account was refunded. The bigger money transfered from the other account has not been refunded. Every of my follow up was met with the funny feedback 'we empathize with you on the loss of fund'. It is close to a year now. Had me regretting why I didn't insist they received the letter. It would be Access Bank and central bank that would be battling it out by now.

They can not deny that it was an internal fraud. Some of the transfer has code number which I believe is linked to a staff.

They have taken it offline but they still have another channel open. Transaction done through this channel will appear that you used USSD code to do the transaction. Imagine the fraud.
If you are not sure if yourself, you will be thinking someone you gave your phone did fraudulent act. But mine was in the middle of the night and I was alone just watching my phone bip to the debit alerts, balance request notification and even OTP codes.

I had to research a lot that very day to know if my message app has been linked to any other device and was sure my phone was not compromised.

Nobody takes rivers state high court serious na, state high court that can give FUBARA the power to suspend house of assembly member or the governor can spend without appropriation.

Based on the available number of valid state lawmakers in Rivers state, 2/3rd will be just 3 people. So it will be wrong to say the governor is spending money without appropriation bill.

It is a pity that Peter Obi is not aware that there is no existing development commission for north central. That is too shallow of him.

On the other hand, he made significant points which should make the national assembly to fast track the passage of the bill for the establishment of the commission strictly for developmental purposes.

His inclusion of insecurity while talking about the commission is also shallow to some extent. Development would lead to employment and therefore reduce insecurity. But security is not the responsibility of the commission..

While insecurity would distort the development of the north central, it would take a decisive efforts of the security/armed forces to create a base for meaningful development by the commission.
