Please don't mention Xiaomi. While searching for solution online, I saw many complains on this same issue from Xiaomi Redmi users.

Huawei/China are yet to resolve their issues with USA. so they are not play store certified.

Hello guys

I did post a topic on my infinix Smart 5 not being certified by Google. The link is here. https://www.nairaland.com/7115491/infinix-smart-5-4g-phone

But today, I got android security patch update which I installed. On completion, I went to play store settings to check if the patch had solve the problem. Lo and behold, the place that they reported that my device is not certified was completely gone. Evidence is in the picture.

At first, I thought the update had fixed the problem. But on trying to stream Liverpool vs Chelsea match, I still got the device certification error message which means the device has not been certified yet but that information was completely removed from the play store settings.

My thoughts was that this security patch could be from Infinix and not from Google. Which could imply that the play store is a clone and not really the google play store.

Whenever I save any file on my system, be it in the “Documents Folder”, or on the “Desktop” space, or even if I create a new folder directly inside the “Local Disk - C” Drive space and save the file there, once I put the system off and put it on again, everything I saved on the system would just be wiped off, and I won't see them again..
Even if I run a search for such files on the whole of the system, I won't see any traces that such files existed on the system, not even in the recycle bin.

(Although, any files that I deleted by myself before I put the system off would still be there in the recycle bin).

I also discovered something else...

When I clicked on the “Users” folder inside the LOCAL DISK Folder, I discovered that a new temporary “User” folder is always created for me whenever I sign-in, and that the current temporary “user” folder, which stands for the user that is currently signed-in, is the only folder that contains readable items... All other earlier numerous temporary “user” folders, which represented all those times that I logged in earlier (which had wiped out), all contained encrypted files which cannot be opened by any app or software, and they are saved in hidden folders inside those earlier temporary “user” folders.

Please, is there any way I can correct this anomaly??

You must be using windows 7 with deep freeze active. It makes every file you save on the system temporary to protect your PC from virus attack. If that is not the case, then, an antivirus has immune your system against new files to protect it from attack. You must have activated it without knowing.

Fake memory cards.

They dont have the capacity they claim.

They are 4gb cards but with firmware of 128gb

When you add data, it keeps accepting but it is at the same time writing on the earlier files.

All the memory cards and flash drives being sold by wheel barrow pushers are fake.

More than half of the ones in shops are fake.

The only way to get a genuine memory card is to buy directly from authorised resellers.

Gone are the days when memory cards are original.

SSDs are following that path too gradually

I have original SanDisk and Fonecom M/Card and flash/OTG

SanDisk made in China. If you buy made in Taiwan, na you Sabi. Taiwan has been spoiling the name of China since their independence. Yet people think Taiwan is same as China.

I sell phones to and I have sold 4 PCs of the phone and recommended it for many people that what cheap 4g enabled smart phone. Is the certification issue peculiar to the model or it is just mine that has issues.

I was about to start streaming my DSTV on my device only to be notified of an error about my device certification. I followed the procedure to check the certification of my device but found out that it is not google certified.

My device is Infinix Smart 5 4g variant.

Political strategist are the ones organizing this charade just to present the opponent as sympathetic to militants. It is just an act. Just like the killings in the south east is just an act. Just like Boko Haram and bandits are just an act. But what the producers of these act don't know is that such acts for the screen and media are not supposed to be done with real weapon. The producers are not wise and are going to face the consequences soon enough since they have not learnt from previous acts like that.

I am beginning the new month on a good note. I give all the glory to God.

One thing I have learnt from this battle is that we all needs help. I discovered this and I employed help and got the victory in no time.

This new month is going to be sweet. I know the battle is continuous but with the understanding I have gotten, I am facing every battle with full assurance.

This battle is not spiritual but I know I did pray, not to god, but that the opponent let me be.

I don't know if I should say the battle is physical because I know the opponent can not stand me face to face. It is not battle of the mind either.

But this battle was serious and tormenting that I became sleepless. Even when I am not sleeping, this opponent kept bothering me for a fight.

I did throw series of slaps and back hand but they all ended up appearing as if I was waving to an imaginary friend. The enemy was a mosquito. The closest I could get was attempting to catch it with my bare hands only for it to escape when I tried to confirm if the attempt was a success. I have slapped myself countless times and beat my hands a good number of times but this tiny thing kept escaping somehow.

But on a brand new day of a brand new month, I got my victory. I had help and a very good one. Rambo Paper.

It only had to kiss a fire and caught the flame. I help put off the flame and allowed it to glow while I watched the intruder beat itself till it dropped in my palm.

Victory at last!

Oh my God. So ujuju is not that common in Nigeria. What we take for granted. We licked a lot of these growing up in the 80s and 90s. Our parents made yam source with the leaves but we licked the fruits. Quite delicious. Have not seen it in 25 years since I left home. God bless my home please.

We call it Uju those days. I believe it has gone extint by now like many other fruits I grow up knowing.
