Why not look at Agri-Real Estate.

Peoples income can decrease and they move put of houses.

If you build agricultural houses in agricultural areas like poultry house with cage, piggery, fish ponds, store and many other structures, you get better value for your investment.

If you invest in volumes, you get your ROI fattened.
