AlfaSeltzer:No qualms |
AlfaSeltzer:I asked 3 questions. is your yes the answer to all 3? |
AlfaSeltzer: ![]() Son of lucifer, you truly need help. Hope you've bought your own land too? strong man ![]() |
AlfaSeltzer:You're full of anger but my elders also say no matter the degree of your anger, it can't boil yam. Take a chill pill my friend About Dubai, We holiday there because they are hypocrites. If they apply their sharia, nobody will go to their country. Are you a Muslim in disguise? or you think Shekau's brand is what defines all Muslims? According to your theory, i guess even Saudi Arabia must be another example of a fake Muslim country? |
AlfaSeltzer:You this son of lucifer, you should have deciphered that since na....I'm yoruba |
AlfaSeltzer: ![]() There you go again. Should i also descend to your level and make fun of the 3 million Igbos who died in the civil war? or were they all destitutes not up to Abiola's standard? |
SeverusSnape:It's sad really but my people say ''if you close your eyes because you don't want to see a bad person passing, you might miss a good person passing at the same time too'' If we that are educated can try to work things out, we'll weaken those who have refused to get enlightened. Dubai and Yemen are examples of Muslim nations ruled by Sharia but i Know you'll love holidays in Dubai. why is that? |
AlfaSeltzer:There are times you almost sound cool but the bile eating you up upset your balance and you go flailing wildly like somebody suffering from some psychological malaise eager to get even at some perceived enemies. Yeah i know all about the Igbo free spirit which is why Igbos never had an empire like other tribes in the history of the western Sudan. Every man is his own king...republicans to the core. It's your uniqueness which suits you and none can take away from you yet it didn't stop you from pandering to the whims of the same Northerners you vilify and insult here, in the 1st. 2nd and 3rd republics. Try and desist from the urge to always denigrate others. It won't do you any good other than give you a temporary childish sense of triumph. Every tribe has it's heroes and villains. It's an uneducated mind that lumps everybody together. More Igbos are caught in south east asia for drugs, does that mean i should regard you as a potential heroin mule? |
SeverusSnape:i've also lived there my friend. lived and worked there and met my wife there too. Though its sad i only picked some few words over my almost 10 years there. every region has it's bad sides. Illiteracy is a problem we know but not all northerners are illiterates or violent. Maybe i was lucky as i have only fond memories of my time there and still maintain the friendships i made whilst there |
AlfaSeltzer:would Ojukwu's escape to Abidjan also be sufficient to tell the story of the Igbos? |
SeverusSnape: ![]() So good to know you speak the language of folks you greatly despise. Imagine a Nigerian speaking English and still hating on England ironic i tell yaoya 9jii, pls cease fire and let the thread proceed in peace |
see how trim and fit the Jordanian military man is looking unlike our own overfed generals who are only good at withholding bullets and allowances from their troops ![]() Continue bombing them abeg |
chineke me!!! na Sanusi pack fine daughters plenty like this?? I hope say hausa people dey charge plenty for bride price?? the guy don hammer be that ![]() all hail the King |
Caseless:It's a tragedy my bro. But please try as much as possible to refrain from the cancelled portion i beg you Thanks |
AlfaSeltzer:you dont follow sheepishly yet Azikiwe partnered with Balewa in the first republic? Yet Ekwueme was VP to Shagari in the second republic? Yet Ojukwu saw no other party to join upon returning from exile than the NPN of the Northerners? Yet Sylvester Ugoh was VP candidate to Bashir Tofa in 1993 with Igbos voting enmasse for their ticket? Yet Daniel Kanu was the cordinator of YEAA that wanted Abacha as life president? Pls face your troubles with who or whatever is troubling you and let the northerners who have maintained their decorum so far on NL enjoy their thread in peace. You always seek trouble and when it comes, you start playing victim. |
The hausas on NL have shown themselves and have given a good account of themselves. Gentle and unfazed by rantings, insults and catcalls of internet trolls whose only joy and mission in life is bringing others down to their level in the mud. I'm very impressed indeed. My southern brothers (Yoruba and Igbo), i shame for una. everything na fight, don't you guys get tired? |
I agree with this piece by Chimamanda. It's a candid opinion I particularly like the closing lines ''Even if the reason were not so absurd, Nigerians are politically astute enough to know that the postponement has nothing to do with security. It is a flailing act of desperation from an incumbent terrified of losing. There are fears of further postponements, of ploys to illegally extend Jonathan’s term. In a country with the specter of a military coup always hanging over it, the consequences could be dangerous. My indifference has turned to anger. What a staggeringly self-serving act of contempt for Nigerians. It has cast, at least for the next six weeks, the darkest possible shroud over our democracy: uncertainty.'' Another voice of reason |
So Is PFN admitting 500 pastors received money from Amaechi in return for support last year? This is serious. If they admitted receiving money last year from Amaechi, It means they admit they can be bought even now as they've been bought before. Since Ameachi can't/won't mention the names of those he alleged collected N6B (i assume he's not a born again christian), can the PFN be christian enough to confess the names of the 500 pastors who they admitted received money from Amaechi? Nigeria the country of the corrupt |
DaBullIT:i wonder too. At least criminal investigations are underway and you can be sure the bank will be heavily sanctioned if found guilty and the tax dodgers and their banker accomplices will spend time in jail. They know corruption is inimical to a sane and fair society |
babestella:and you too too
|
OLUJAY4REAL:You're trying very hard to lie. The delegates who were hailing him didn't see a jittery man and neither did i. Even if APC had brought an Obama, you would still have a reason to stick to 'i will do president' so quit the facade. vote your man and let others vote theirs. If gej hasn't shamed you already in the eyes of the world, then you've become impervious to shame my friend and needn't worry about GMB. Also for the records, he said ''change PDP'' not 'change to PDP'. |
stevnwigw1:any proof? |
danielchioboy:no problems |
What tripped me about his speech and appearance there was the ovation he got when he finished. He was almost mobbed by delegates eager to hail or touch him. It simply means that the postponement hasn't dampened the resolve of Nigerian workers from all over the country, represented by their leaders, to request change. All the best to him |
agabaI23:Happy Sunday to u too. And for the records, I'm christian ![]() |
we are dancing very close to the precipice but a lot of nigerians are 'blissfully' unaware. the desperation of our politicians in the civil govt and the military might consume this nation if these dangerous steps are not halted. i want all of us to realise that if the heavens will fall, it won't be the problem of one community or family. fellow nigerians, let's tread softly o a word they say is enough for the wise |
What is this?? I thought GMB was meant to be the dictator who muzzles information? Is gej now scared of a free press? |
Skanas:Thanks for your honest assessment. I've always believed asari, tompolo etc who were only after money will NEVER go to war again on antbody's account. Life is sweet One thing I know for sure is that there will be less violence if GMB wins(even though I no he can never) than if GEJ wins (of which am sure) becos dem abokis will always showcase wat de are known for....VIOLENCE!!To this, I'll say God help us all then because from your explanations, violence is assured. |
Skanas:You mean asari, tompolo, Edwin Clark etc have all been making empty noises about the catastrophe they'll unleash on northerners, yorubas and even ND people that vote GMB? Since you believe anyway that if GMB loses, death is inevitable to Christians and southerners, what difference does it make whom you vote for? After all asari, tompolo, boyloaf etc have also promised mayhem if GEJ loses. Either way, violence is assured the way I see it. Don't you think so? |
Skanas:What about the northerners who are on the gej till 2019 train? Do the 'nyamiri's' and 'ofemmanus' down south see them as brothers? Do you think they too have failed to understand a hidden sinister motive? |
Boko haram that they couldn't dislodge in 3 years, they want to do in 6 weeks? What happens if they don't finish BH in 6 weeks? They'll postpone again? |
