She dem say her papa na pensioner? grin
Yes. a pensioner entitled to N23M/Month or N276M/Year from the FG like GEJ too will collect when he leaves. This is apart from cars, houses, security, medicals, sitting allowances etc

the obviously unfounded and exaggerated figure of 150,000 pounds comes to N45M @ N300/pound so even if it's true GMB spent that much on her in 4 years, that amounts to a mere N11.25M/Year which is a paltry 4% of his legitimate yearly pension as a former head of state.

If the OP needs to accuse GMB of corruption, he needs to up his game cos this is a very poor effort.

9jagistonline:
More prophecies are coming in relation to the approaching elections in Nigeria, this time his prediction made a Man of God from Lagos State.
Emmanuel Ezenwa Nwazuo said as he spoke about the process and the outcome of the February polls.
He was quoted as saying:
“I am not the one saying this; it is a revelation from God. I see President Jonathan winning the 2015 election with a landslide but the All Progressives Congress (APC) will revolt. In 2011, I predicted that Jonathan would defeat his opponent. Some people did not believe but the prophecy was fulfilled. He did not just win but he won convincingly.”
Commenting on his prediction regarding 2011, he added:
“The Lord took me in the spirit to the seat of power in Aso Rock and showed me a bold inscription on the Presidential seat with a heavenly seal on it ‘No vacancy here’. Thus said the Lord to President Jonathan: “I appointed you for another period of five years to lead Nigeria to greatness”. Within these five years which symbolizes grace, no weapon fashioned against you shall prosper.”
“Well, we have started praying for him. I am not campaigning for Jonathan. If we compare all the presidents we have had in Nigeria, I think Jonathan has the mind of God and not only that, he also has the fear of God.”
The Lagos prophet also informed that according to his vision Jonathan will be cut short. Nwazuo however refused to go into detail regarding how it would happen. He simply said:
“I would not want to go further than that but I see him cut short.”
It should be recalled that the Enugu prophet recently predicted something that came as a big surprise for many. Anthony Nwoko said that neither Goodluck Jonathan, nor his major rival Muhammadu Buhari would win the presidential polls.

If i do my Job the way Nigerians prophets do their prophecies, i for don lose am tay tay

well the negros in africa are not slaves. they are not second class citizens. they are in control of their own destiny somewhat so i see no reason why there can not be more statuesque stately and statesman looking black men in nigeria. even the ones in power who have money look decrepit and unstatesman-like. that saying is true, the contents of the heart of a man reflects in his outward appearance. see how buhari is upright in aura and stature ? thats because his heart is upright. see how bent over and decrepit jonathan looks ? thats because he has a roguish heart. the contents of your heart shine through to the exterior of a man. this why you dont see many stately and statuesque looking black men. because most black men have evil minds. they are either trying to steal or cheat or whatever it is ( 419 ) black men do lmao wink

This is the one question i keep asking and the dumb heads never seem to have an answer.

Why not they just tell us they desire to deport or annihilate all the Muslims in the land? because that is the only way that his useless sermon is going to make sense and achieve it's purpose

PoliticsRe: Nigeria: The Catholic Laity Council, on Mbaka & Jonathan's failings. by theV0ice: 9:16am On Jan 16, 2015
A former Catholic Archbishop of Lagos, Anthony Cardinal Okogie, has said the government of President Goodluck Jonathan is clueless and that the country was in dire need rescue from what he said is the “imminent brink of irredeemable destruction.” Okogie disclosed this while speaking in Lagos at the 11th edition of the Gani Fawehinmi Annual Lecture/Symposium, where he was the chairman of the occasion. He urged Nigerians to face the reality and elect only persons “who know what to do,” adding that a lot needs to be done to sensitize voters not to vote for leaders based on ethnic or religious affiliations. Okogie also blasted the Jonathan-led government over the rising level of insecurity and economic woes in the country. He said, “There is extra urgency to rescue Nigeria. This is the time when every right thinking Nigerian must pray to hate the present situation strong enough so as to desire the fortitude to act right. “This time does not allow for indifference. All must rise to save Nigeria from the brink of irredeemable destruction. This is the time we must play politics of the best, for the best position, in order to guarantee the best for our nation.

“Let only those with the fear of God and love of their neighbours rule Nigeria; only those who know what to do should sit at the helm of affairs. Enough of mediocrity, enough of failures, enough of nepotism, and enough of ethnicity.” Okogie also described the late Fawehinmi as a courageous, principled, selfless and a detribalised statesman. He said, “It is said that Gani Fawehinmi died a sad man. For a man who was fearless in speaking his mind without caring whose ox is gored, he was jailed many times and detained many more times for no personal crime but for his struggle to ensure justice, fairness and good governance in the country, dying without seeing signs that the new dispensation he struggled for will be achieved is a devastating blow. “Now in death, the knowledge that Nigeria has deteriorated so badly since his passing away must be giving Gani sleeplessness.” He added that if Fawehinmi were to be alive, he would have been worried over the present state of the nation “which is riddled with lies, deception, incompetence, mediocrity, hopelessness, lawlessness and lack of vision.”

PoliticsRe: Jonathan’s Government Is Clueless, Nigeria Needs Urgent Change – Okogie by theV0ice:
time for the goons to turn on Okogie

they'll conveniently forget that they celebrated okogie when he castigated Fr Mbaka for his message.

I told one that Okogie wasn't against the message of Fr Mbaka but wasn't happy that he said it during a church service. whether God spoke to Mbaka isn't the issue but the fact that the man spoke the truth. Okogie wasn't cowed from speaking the truth to IBB, Abacha or OBJ. is it gej he'll be afraid of? or TAN goons think he'll also fall into the ''na our brother'' rubbish?

those criticizing the men of God who have spoken out should go back to what they said when they saw the picture below in 2011. GEJ started it and he should live with it.

He's even lucky that Okogie didn't think of putting it on CD. Na that one for blow pass cheesy

Is he insinuating that Sambo is also an enemy of GEJ? is this how a sensible man should campaign for jonathan? making enemies of those who are risking everything for him?

GMB truly doesn't need to campaign much. GEJ and his spokespersons are doing a great job for him
PoliticsRe: Ibo Tenanthood by theV0ice:
cheesy cheesy cheesy i can relate with this but it's actually has to do with an Igbo tenant and a Yoruba tenant.

My parents had 3 tenants. a yoruba muslim, a yoruba christian and an igbo christian. my parents are yoruba christians

They had no problems with the yoruba muslim but the igbo christian and yoruba christian showed them hell.

Yoruba christian didn't pay rent for 2 years, igbo christian didn't pay rent for 1.5 years. Yoruba christian would use my parents fuel (the one for their gen) and refuse to even acknowledge it. Igbo christian will refuse to pay his share of NEPA bill. Yoruba christian would rather drink and womanize than leave money for his family at home leading to the wife collecting food from my parents (whom they've refused to pay rent to). Igbo christian will beat his wife (whenever she demands money for family upkeep or for just any reason) who always runs into my parents arms for protection (even though they refused to pay rent). Infact a lot of things too numerous to mention.

I hardly visited home but once i came back and my sister narrated what had been happening to me, i contacted a reputable estate agent without my parents knowledge. They were shocked when my friend (who works there) showed up at their doorstep with a letter for them to sign authorizing their takeover as administrators. They signed and the battle began. The yoruba christian suddenly remembered he was an 'omoluabi' and started prostrating and begging for a chance to repent. The igbo christian got a lawyer and boasted he'll stay free of charge in that house for at least 5 years (his wife started begging behind his back anyway). When his lawyer got talking with the estate agent and he heard the whole story, he knew they had a weak case. when his lawyer informed him about the precarious nature of their case, igbo christian requested a meeting with me(they found out i was the initiator) but i declined. he sent his wife who came kneeling but i stuck to my guns that they must go. yoruba christian was too ashamed to talk to me because he knew he did wrong considering how much help i'd been to him in the past.

eventually, they both packed out. the igbo christian in a bid to make some trouble again told his lawyer that we were still holding unto his furniture and some few items. when the lawyer came to collect them by force, he was shocked at the sight he saw. horribly torn, dirty chairs and mattress, broken book shelf, bent pots etc. He called the man in my mum's presence and said ''Vitalis, na the properties wey you say mummy no gree you collect be this?'' the man said yes and lawyer said ''Vitalis, you're a very wicked man, this woman is supposed to charge you money to clean up this rubbish you use dirty her compound''

Finally the house was renovated and two tenants are back inside again. Guess what??

Another Igbo christian (bachelor) and a Yoruba christian (family man) but they are very ok......at least for now wink

so MayorofLagos, that's my story and it made me realize that there are bad tenants in every tribe cheesy

MayorofLagos:
APC is positioned to change the regime of President Goodluck Jonathan. This will be done democratically and network chatter from certain quarters indicate strongly that foreign diplomatic officers stationed in Nigeria have received briefings from their home governments to begin building a transition relationship with the incoming President, Muhammadu Buhari.

Council on Foreign Relations met with other American think-tanks in a strategy meeting attended on invitation by six European States and deliberated for five hours on Nigeria.

We will start to see media messages from prominent world leaders targeted at Nigeria and pointedly scripted to legitimize and justify a regime change.

I think GEJ will be in a better position to answer that seeing his desperation to visit the man even when OBJ indicated in every way possible that he wasn't interested in meeting with him.

If i was GEJ, i wouldn't have persisted but only GEJ can tell what OBJ had to offer him that was so important that he went to the extent he did and get messed up in the process

I don't know if it is a coincidence, I watched the Malema video yesterday night and this morning woke up with the rumour that the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan is planning a secret visit to MAIDUGURI.

The worst is that the sitting Governor of the State has not been informed nor his coming publicized which will greatly put the people of Maiduguri under a difficult situation because definitely roads will be blocked as soon as his plane lands.

By the way, what will he do in Maiduguri? If the President will not visit Konduga where our gallant soldiers have been fighting the insurgents for the past 4 four months, then let the PResident forget about coming to Maiduguri.

If the President will not visit Damboa, Chibok, Gwoza and Bama LGAs, then he is not welcome to Maiduguri at all because those in the ID Camps are been taken care of by the people of Maiduguri and well wishers from other STates - thanks to the brave Governors Wife who brought relief materials in aid.
