No mortal alive, under the current structure and Constitution of Nigeria can do anything. I will start taking Nigeria serious the day inec conducts local government elections |
He ended up saying nothing |
None of the above. For those of you mentioning Tinubu... Lagos State is older than Tinubu himself. It was the whites that built Lagos. With the resources available to them, even a Yeye Bello will do exploits as governor. Going out to vote is like pouring water into a basket. Nothing good will ever come out from it. The country is gone to the dogs and the almajiris |
Free at last |
Americans know what is going on here more than the EFCC and the NSA |
English The other time it was his CV on front page. He's not qualified for the job. He's a legal luminary and that's all about that. The economy committee he's chairing is behind the joblessness of millions of people. We need a politically astute man and Tinubu is the only southerner that fits that bill. His only undoing is his age and health. The south should bring someone else aside Tinubu and Osinbajo. If the south doesn't get to produce this next president, then they will wait a whopping sixteen years because the next eight years after this one will be the turn of aboki! and you all know what that means. Haven said that, I want y'all to know that no mortal can fix Nigeria under the current setup. We need to try another style of democracy. This current setup is absolute nonsense. Anyone noticed that no presidential candidate has mentioned restructuring? This is to tell you that it will be business as usual, with different people in place to continue to mortgage the future of generations unborn. Whether Osinbajo or Tinubu or Wike or Atiku or anybody, na still man know man things go play out Nigeria is scam... |
![]() Reno is a politician and politics is all about interest. Politics can make you do or say things you don't even believe in. Even Osinbajo's declaration reeks of hypocrisy. He called Buhari a patriot. He talked about how he will fix Nigeria when he knows better than anyone that no mortal can fix Nigeria under the current setup. We are just deceiving ourselves in this country. |
Front page material |
Farooq Kperogi is really Anti-Osinbajo. Mr. Kperogi is not worried about Osinbajo's incompetence, rather, he's worried about Osinbajo's beliefs. If Buhari was giving us competent abok! people, I don't think the uproar would have been this much. But he kept giving us incompetent people left, right and center. I don't care about his beliefs. I'm more worried about his competence. Yemi is a political nonentity, he won't do us any good at the moment. The number one problem in Nigeria right now which is insecurity is a political problem. So where and how does a nonentity like him start? Last last, I don't care and I won't vote |
Osinbajo is a good speaker, that's all. He is not qualified to run for office of the president of this country. Governor Bala Moh'd of Bauchi state recently said he knows the institutions and the politics. Can we say that about Osinbajo? He'll be a disaster. Insecurity will triple because it's obvious politics is involved, So imagine having a president with zero political knowledge? Osinbajo will be another Jonathan |
Ubdavis:And he's the least qualified.. Someone who was handpicked to be a VP is suddenly qualified to be president. A complete political nonentity. Bandits, Boko boys and the likes will just have a field day Osinbajo is not qualified for the job. |
quisera:A political nonentity is "everything presidential." Issorite |
Jamesmusa123:A political nonentity is suddenly who the country needs. Someone who has never run for any office is suddenly a Messiah. The problem with most of us is that we mistake brilliance for leadership. We tried it with Goodluck, how did it end? Osinbajo will be a terrible president. I wish him the best tho, after all, I don't care who becomes president |
Coward of a VP. Come out and say your mind and damn the consequences . If you're contesting, say it, if you're not, say it All these hide and seek game is sheer cowardice. If you decide to run, just know that you won't win.. On nobody's mandate I stand |
This is like putting men at a disadvantage. No seat should be reserved for anybody Let everyone earn their positions |
True |
Buhari is just like my village people some few years ago. Once there's a little financial challenge in the family, the solution was to sell their ancestral lands. Now the lands are finished and the financial challenges just got messier. Are we going to continue borrowing because we have the lenders? God forbid! |
emkz:I also felt she shouldn't have reacted to her sister's comments. That was strictly a family affair. She should know that she's not there as Abiola's daughter. She is there as an employee of Arise News. If she continues to react like this on every topic that concerns Abiola, she won't last long on that very programe. She lacks emotional intelligence truly. Come to think of it... Why are all these Abiola's daughters not using their husbands names? Aren't they married? Even that one that contested during the APC convention is not using her husband's name. |
With which voice will he campaign? That charisma befiting of a leader, Wike lacks it completely. That guy na real street. I Sha don't give a flying fvck over who emerges |
I honestly don't care who or what sits on that presidential chair. My own is, don't campaign or even vote for any candidate you don't have direct or indirect links with, because nothing will reach you, not even light. As, in, shi shi you no go see if the person win. Leave those bastards to vote for themselves. Meanwhile, all these people standing on so so and so person's mandate, what if he loses in the primary? Once I just see you campaigning for someone, I already know you're a big FOOL. |
This man |
Itse Sagay sef |
Farooq Kperogi is not for Atiku after all. |
E be like na only me remain to declare ooo. I'm still doing my consultations |
Rastaramsey:Why do you guys keep talking about this PVC bullshit? Like someone rightly asked, what happened to the last one? PVC will not get you the kind of president you want, only party membership will. If APC and PDP both present incompetent candidates, your PVC will not save you from having incompetent president. In the same vein, if the two parties present competent candidates, your PVC will be useless. Your PVC no get use, so chill |

Everybody above sixty years will come out and tell us how he fought for democracy and military dictatorship. Yet, after getting the democracy, these same people are the ones that have played a big part in mortgaging the future of the young ones. Haven said that, I can categorically tell you that Osinbajo will never be the president of Nigeria. Nobody will spend sixteen years at a stretch in that aso rock. He should go and enjoy his loots |
I'm sure he was told six, but he goofed by saying sixty. But then, why can't he read the news for himself? Why must he be told? He should be reading and following every news coming out of this jungle at the moment. The jungle is soo tensed |
Missed opportunity for her and the husband to eat from the national cake |
I like this Fayose guy. Somehow, he's managed to stay relevant in politics even after leaving office |
