He was showing different quotes from experts in the field and videos, interviews. For e.g when the congress in the US interrogated the director of the FCC and how the FCC boss flat out said "he could not tell if it was harmless or harmful". In other words, we have not done any research.

He even said he wanted scientific evidence proving that 5G is harmless. That he listens to both sides of the argument and so far only those who argue about it's harmful effects have shown some preliminary evidence.

Small pox pandemic (by Variola virus) killed 2million and Influenza virus killed 50million in 1967 and 1918 respectively.

While your basis is correct as regards the theory, please note that one can not be totally sure of the frequencies spectrum of this contraptions.
You made an innocent assumption that the frequencies are only in the range you mentioned. You may be surprised at the reality on ground. One may not be too sure as to the weaponizing capability of these items. And you should never assume that they are capable of emitting only specific kind of waves.

Yours truly also had a good background in effect and use of radiations.

Its not an assumption, it’s elementary physics knowledge. You would have known this if you didn’t skip classes. 5G is a Radiowave and there are specific frequency range for
Radiowaves.

If you need good information, don't listen to this new age scientists, they only speak what they read on manuals and repair guides. Go to videos which are 7-9 years or older. That's where you'll see how frequencies are weaponized.

I've been learning so much about frequencies and it's a scary topic.

Did you know that the human body can pick up these harmful frequencies because of the electrons in our nervous system? Radiowaves like 4G hardly can break any chemical bond including that of your DNA. They are low frequency radiation with low ionization energy.

Radiations like UV rays, Xrays and Gamma rays are what we should be weary of. They have been proven to cause cancer when exposure to them is frequent. They have higher wave frequencies and are ionized radiation.

Most of these guys who say these things have little or no knowledge on how the electromagnetic spectrum is structured.
