Fasting is a highly beneficial spiritual excercise. If long fasting is to be made, isolation from your environ's is the best,inorder to avoid unwanted distractions. BTW, on the 1st day of my 3-days fast,the food cooked on that day was appetizing and well garnished with chicken. Trust me, i had to do what i had to do. |
