Holding two civil service jobs and collecting salaries is such a shame. Some hold three jobs. Some hold two or more jobs in two different states, while getting their colleagues and friends to sign for them.

The most corrupt people in the country are the civil servants. While they cry to the high heavens for increase in salaries, a good percentage of them take advantage of their positions to amass stupendous wealth. They show the politicians all the loopholes to use in stealing public wealth.

This is not peculiar to one state. The bigger the state and its workforce, the bigger the wickedness of these civil servants.

No generalize abeg if na so all civil servants get the opportunity to amass wealth as u dey claim, no civil servants for dey do okada or kabu kabu.. No civil servants for dey borrow money for GTB with half of their salary to pay children school fee, no civil servants for dey borrow money go do Masters .. Some of u when u hear minimum wage matter una go just dey get bad bele for civil servants as if they say make Una no also apply for the same job... Why did the commission not verify there certificate before given them letter of appointment.. In Edo State Civil service once u are through with ur Degree program, before your conversion letter to 08, the commission must verify ur certificate first.. That state failed to do the needful.

My kids will not do any Government work be it FG, State ,or LG.. The salary na suffer head if you like be HOD of department no level..
