Weight gain will occur when the energy input is more than the output i.e calorie intake is more than energy expended.
The key is to cut down on high calorie food like junk foods and fried foods.You also need to exercise to burn off some energy.

what is your definition of dull?I already explained that not attending a formal school does not mean the capacity is not there.If a man is defined as dull because he does not know things you will learn in a formal school does not mean he couldn't know if he had had the training.

Genetics has to do with a coding in your cells that determine what your body will express.We may have the same number of brain cells but do not have the same capacity of expression.

Get to understand what genetics is about.

I agree with you however that we do not have adequate resources to manage autistic patients and many africans have a low level of awareness but it's not as bad as you made it look in your initial post.

Yes there are challenges in Africa but making a difference is what counts rather than just criticism.There is an autism society in Nigeria and many are aware though it's the educated.

^^^Other factors do make significant difference.If a child's parents are brilliant but the child unfortunately loses both parents and is orphaned,he might grow under dire conditions which will definitely affect his performance.

Illiterate or poor parents does not mean they can't produce exceptional children.Remember,being illiterate just means a lack of opportunity to get schooled.It does not mean the capacity is not there.I have seen brilliant illiterates.Not knowing chemistry is not a measure of brilliance.
