nobody mentions the conditions attached t getting this money, but there are strict conditions and one of them is adoption of certain strains of GMO crops, this same sort of programs has been carried out in Latin American, many nations outrightly rejected it, those that were stupid enough to accept it are still suffering from the health effects and deceased agricultural yields it entails.
In Asia they offered the same deal and the result was catastrophic, in India thousands of farmers were committing suicide due to very poor yields, the health effects became so bad that the Health Sector warned of the heavy break out of Liver and kidneys diseases and types of Cancer not experienced before in India.

I strongly believe GMO is an integral part of this deal, Nigerians just love money and they don't mind killing millions of their fellow citizens for it. No one will mention GMO on the public space yet they will quietly grow GMO crops and feed/poison the masses with it.

I kinda like the idea but it also feels like swimming against the tide (my opinion).
