A serious president will first of all sack the Police force, give the Army control over internal; policing for 6 months while a new band of patriotic police force is recruited and and trained among all cadre.

Sack all lower to middle cadre members of the civil service. hand it over to a new set of contractors for six months while a new set of civil service is recruited and trained. Every one who had earlier worked can not be reemploy. They should go start a farm! Or any side hustle or work as contractors etc.

Disband the entire judiciary and hand over all civil matters to a Military court, while a new set of NJC and its judges and members are recruited and trained. for six months. All former employees are not allowed to work. If caught forging credentials to get employed...life imprisonment.

The problem of Nigeria lies in these three set of people.....Both politicians and the ordinary corrupt Nigerian needs one or all of these three to do wrong and get away with it!

Few weeks ago, there was black out in northern Nigeria and the reason given was that vandals had destroyed power facilities in the region. The problem was addressed and power was restored. That is the end, nothing was done to track down and get those vandals arrested.

Now, why won't other criminals take their share of the national cake when it is crystal clear nothing will ever happen to them.
