If they cared so much about election success they should have offered logistic assistance. Their intel are everywhere, including some of our politicians. They clearly knew INECs challenges. US are just stoking the flame of discord. Remember they still have 9ja breaking up in 2015 prediction to actualise.
Suppose election goes ahead and it turns out 15 million people didn't get their PVCs, would that result be fair irrespective of who wins?
