They can't extend beyond Nov 14, and yes you can enroll by proxy. I believe the duration is okay for the embassy to process your visa.

All I can suggest for now is for you to be positive, pray fervently for grace, make bold declarations as you pray. Just believe you can make it nevertheless.

In other not to delay your application, it's advisable you fund your account before the interview. Just keep hopes alive
